How often do I walk or run?

This is hilarious! Does walking to the bathroom count? Walking to the car? Shopping? And run you ask—so far I have never been chased at gun point, so never is my answer. My exercise comes from pedaling my kayak every chance I get. And my cardio vascular exercise comes from the excitement of catching a fish 😉 . Camping on Rainy Days

I know it has to rain sometimes but does it have to rain on a day with plans to go kayaking! I sit in my chair and look out the camper window at the rain and no movement in the park. I wonder what every one else is doing in their campers and if they are sitting and looking out the window too. My dogs especially love rainy days since they can sit with me in the chair 😉 and I love that too…

Lack of Eye Contact

What personality trait in people raises a red flag with you? When I first meet someone and they avoid looking at me when talking then red flags go up for me. My focus changes to why won’t or can’t they look at me? Are they lying or don’t believe what they are talking about? Is this a guilt ridden person or an abused person? Many times people show us who they really are inside and we miss it.
