Just a quick (I worked on it over the course of like idk 3 days?) scene-from-my-fic come to life! Sort of - I'm not sure if this explicitly depicted but it's supposed to be like them realizing they shouldn't/ couldn't be together. Very sad. Very angst lol.

I used lots of references (which I am very proud of the collage of references I used to make this tbh!) but also free-handed some things. Their heads/bodies were traced for proportions etc. It was a healthy mix of all. Even though I'm working on other stuff these days, I Still Love Them.

Into Pieces by World's First Cinema - Lord have mercy, this album is amazing but this song in particular is so beautiful and the lyrics are heartbreaking and it makes me want to sing it therapeutically in the car and write all the angst, thank you very much!!

Love Never Felt Like This by MAX - I am, always have been, and always will be a sucker for a love ballad. This one is no different but I like what I like most about it is that it sounds so 70s lol

Wait A Minute by Sub-Radio - This band is also pretty darn good, it's v unfortunate they are taking a break cause their new album is great. This song is a single, but a good single. It's catchy and makes you wanna dance, what more do u want?

Along For The Ride by COIN - This song is definitely a juxtaposition from the rest of the songs on here in terms of theme, but I love the drum beat and idk, it's a pretty unique song. Heard it on the radio for the first time on vacation this year haha

You know what's absolutely wild?

When you think you've healed from your childhood traumas or moved on from it all. But then one day, you actually take the leap to start therapy for other reasons.

Then another day in said therapy, you end up talking about a repressed memory and suddenly you start shaking and your hands/arms go numb while you're talking to your therapist.

I didn't even know that reaction was a thing. Wild. lol
