btw your misogyny is palpable if you think it's okay to treat AFAB trans people like shit for no reason other than they're AFAB. it's clear as day you still see them as women, and that you're treating them poorly strictly because of that factor alone. it's not because trans men are men- let's be real here. people don't treat trans men like we're idiots because we're men.
like, you can say it's because you hate men all you want, but this exact same treatment is also applied to AFAB people with other trans identities like non binary, genderqueer, genderfluid, and so on. this treatment is also applied to certain intersex and close-to-intersex people. it's because we're assumed to be assigned female at birth (not that all of us are- it's just an assumption), which is still a woman to every and any queerphobe.
i'm not even assigned female at birth and i've watched people change to treating me like i'm stupid in real time. i would go from Respected Smart Man to Stupid Woman in a matter of seconds. like we get it. you cannot divorce yourself from your own misogyny and your ingrained hatred of people assigned female at birth. you gotta work on that. it's not helping amab trans women to bully afab non binary people out of identifying as trans. you're not doing trans women a favor by being misogynistic. come on. do better.

maybe this isn’t the most coexistence-pilled sentiment but i get so angry sometimes when i think about how people took our g-d and decided he was everyone’s g-d, took our holy texts and decided they were everyone’s holy texts, took our holy land and decided it was everyone’s holy land, and we’re expected to just accept that. goyim think they can tell us we’re worshipping our own g-d wrong because they decided he was their g-d too. they think they can criticize how we engage with our own torah because they stole it and changed it and added shit and rewrote it when it was ALWAYS OUR TORAH. they call yerushalayim “the holy land of three religions” because apparently if you colonize someone hard enough you get to claim their holy land as your holy land too and the entire world will just nod their heads right along because the entire foundation of their global society is based on the colonization of ours. and i know it’s antithetical to peace and so i push aside this feeling when i talk about actual solutions and real world actions and consequences but that deep angry part of me does think it’s complete fucking bullshit that christianity and islam get to plunder our entire culture for themselves in between mass murdering us and nobody calls them on it

Y'all have got to stop telling people to kill themselves. I don't care how foul or awful a person they are. Block them, report them if it is a reportable offense, and move the fuck on with your life. Typing "kys" is not praxis.

gf was talking about how eden golan's performance always strikes a chord because of the grief in it, and how terrible it's been that from the start that israelis have been told they're not allowed to grieve. how important it is that she's doing it anyway.
and that's the heart of the hate directed at her:
how dare you grieve publicly? how dare you remind us that you're human, after we've collectively decided to dehumanize you?

Last time he wasn't prepared for office. This time he has had four years to plan, supported by a far-right who has a fucking playbook, a social environment primed by his previous administration, and nearly a decade of experience in politics, including campaign time. Last time was bad. This time will be far worse.
Gonna need yall to stop putting Biden is Just As Bad propaganda on my dash. Had to unfollow someone because I don’t want to a start a fight with them over it, but I’m about to bite the next person who puts that shit in front of me.
If you don’t like Biden, vote in your god damn local and mid term elections for third party or further left candidates so that we get better democratic candidates for future elections. But this one is already fucking decided, and I’m NOT ending up under a Trump led dictatorship because yall value protecting your personal sense of moral purity over the collective good. Whether it offends your personal morals to vote for Biden is IRRELEVANT in the face of the alternative.
This isn’t a lesser of two evils situation. One guy sucks. The other guy is LITERALLY PLANNING TO OVERTHROW OUR DEMOCRACY AND INSTALL HIMSELF AS A PUTIN STYLE DICTATOR.
PLEASE look up Project 2025 and stop acting like abstaining is some kind of personal ethical decision!

Not sure how I feel about this but my redneck hick boss just warned me to be careful because people are having violent anti-jew protests and I am visibly Jewish. And I mean, yeah, I know it's rough out there. But my boss is ALWAYS either high or drunk (or both) and he immediately clocked that it's not about Israel or Palestine, but about hating Jews. And I'm grateful that someone cares enough to say something, but it also means the bar is so fucking low that it'son the ground. If this guy can see it, the rest of y'all are being willfully ignorant or just flat out lying about your intentions.

always throwing the "million jews who were violently ethnically cleansed from arab countries only a couple decades ago" argument but funny how you never mention it was because of israeli colonialism. guess what that would never have happenend if israelis didnt decide to start an apartheid racist fascist state
u can’t make this shit up y’all. apparently collective punishment is fine as long as it’s jews!

The world has overslept and continues to fail to respond to the threat to humanity from Russia
Tumblr media Tumblr media
That's horrifying to watch...
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
Important read. Quotes that I pick:
"Russia can lose. And it should lose, for the sake of the world — and for its own sake."
❗"The last six months bear this out: Russia’s minor battlefield victories came at a time when the United States was delaying Ukraine aid, rather than supplying it."
"If Russia wins, the consequences are horrifying: a risk of a larger war in Europe, more likelihood of a Chinese adventure in the Pacific, the weakening of international legal order generally, the likely spread of nuclear weapons, the loss of faith in democracy."
Don't be indifferent. Please hear our cry out to the world, keep spreading our voices, and donate to our army and combat medics (savelife.in.ua, prytulafoundation.org, Serhii Sternenko, hospitallers.life, ptahy.vidchui.org, and u24.gov.ua).

Azerbaijan has blocked all the roads to Nagorno-Karabakh for over 7 months now. People are starving, not receiving the medical help they need, there's no fuel... It is a "silent genocide."
The article above doesn't explain why other countries aren't doing anything, but my local paper where I saw this news did, and it is a combination of the following things:
– Azerbaijan is allied with Turkey, which "Western" countries are trying not to annoy at the moment, because of the situation at the Black Sea being a bit delicate rn.
– Azerbaijan also has a lot of natural resources related to energy, which the EU is horny for.
– BP has also invested massively in Azerbaijan energy stuff, so Britain is also not gonna do anything to endanger all that money.
– Russia is busy with its war in Ukraine, so it is not doing its part in keeping the road open as agreed in the cease fire between Armenia and Azerbaijan.

In case you haven't heard yet: There are officially no Armenians in Nagorno-Karabakh also known as the Republic of Artsakh, the survivors of the "Anti-terrorist offensive" attack in September of this year (2023), all the skirmishes since 2020, that killed hundreds of Armenians, have been driven out by Azerbaijan. Armenia has had to decide the fight to return them is a lost cause and would only result in more Armenian death.
The Armenian Genocide in that region is complete. Over a thousand years of Armenian history in that area is done. The Republic of Artsakh will be officially dissolved starting January 1st 2024, this was officially signed by Samvel Shahramanyan. But by the 1st of October, so for a month now, it was considered an empty Republic anyway.
Please consider giving to the Armenia Fund who have pivoted to helping the Artsakh refugees as much as possible.

I would like more people to understand that the real test of anti-Semitism, will not be, and will never be, will the people who are otherwise agreeing with you be anti-Semitic to you. It is, will they be anti-Semitic towards the people with whom they disagree.
It doesn't mean anything when a proudly anti-Zionist Jew in a watermelon kippah and a keffiyeh is welcomed by a pro-Palestine encampment.
It doesn't mean anything when a proudly Zionist Jew draped in an Israeli flag is welcomed by a right-wing pro-Israel counter-rally.
The test of anti-Semitism is what happens when the Zionist Jew walks into the pro-Palestine encampment and what happens when the anti-Zionist Jew walks into the pro-Israel counter-rally. How fast do people resort to anti-Semitic canards? How quickly is that person treated as the worst sort of example of what the other camp hates?
And it's that last example that is scaring me. Because that's where I see the anti-Semitism spike.
People who are loudly and visibly Jewish are often the most cheered on by those who agree with them, especially in movements where they are a minority. The flipside is that people who are loudly and visibly Jewish are often the most virulently harassed by those who disagree with them.
