TRUMP SURRENDERS TO ISIS! | We Want Local News
President Trump has ordered a rapid withdrawal of all 2,000 United States ground troops from Syria within 30 days, declaring the four-year American-led war against the Islamic State as largely won, officials said Wednesday.
“We have defeated ISIS in Syria, my only reason for being there during the Trump Presidency,” the president said in a Twitter post on Wednesday morning. He offered no details on his plans for the military mission, nor a larger strategy, in Syria.
Sarah Huckabee Sanders, the White House press secretary, said in a statement that “we have started returning United States troops home as we transition to the next phase of this campaign.”
But Pentagon officials who had sought to talk the president out of the decision as late as Wednesday morning argued that such a move would betray Kurdish allies who have fought alongside American troops in Syria and who could find themselves under attack in a military offensive now threatened by Turkey.
Less than a week ago, Brett H. McGurk, the United States envoy to the coalition fighting the Islamic State, said continuing to train Syrian security forces as American troops are doing, “will take some time.”
“The military mission is the enduring defeat of ISIS,” Mr. McGurk told reporters on Dec. 11. “We have obviously learned a lot of lessons in the past, so we know that once the physical space is defeated, we can’t just pick up and leave. So we’re prepared to make sure that we do all we can to ensure this is enduring.”
But Mr. Trump promised during his presidential campaign to withdraw American troops from Syria, and has been looking for a way out since. He reluctantly agreed in April to give the Defense Department more time to finish the mission.
In recent days, President Recep Tayyip Erdogan of Turkey has given Mr. Trump just such a possible path: Mr. Erdogan has vowed to launch a new offensive against the Kurdish troops that the United States has equipped to fight the Islamic State in Iraq and Syria.

NY JUDGE: NUNCHUCK BAN UNCONSTITUTIONAL | We Want Local News
In a 32-page ruling, U.S. District Judge Pamela K. Chen struck down New York’s nunchuck ban as unconstitutional, finding that nunchucks are protected under the Second Amendment right to bear arms.
Chen concluded that nunchucks are commonly used by law-abiding citizens — for example, by karate enthusiasts or for self-defense — so therefore banning them outright runs afoul of the Second Amendment. The judge also applied a 2010 landmark Supreme Court rulingthat extended the Second Amendment to state laws.
The plaintiff, James Maloney, started his legal quest after being charged with possession of nunchucks in his home in 2000. He initially filed a complaint in 2003, and appealed all the way to the U.S. Supreme Court when the case went against him. The Supreme Court in 2010 remanded the case back down to be reconsidered in light of a Second Amendment decision it had made in another case, and Maloney filed an amended complaint later that year.
Back in 1974, when New York state lawmakers debated adding nunchucks to its list of banned weapons, joining machine guns and brass knuckles, kung fu was all the rage. Bruce Lee’s death in 1973 was still fresh and so was his last film, “Enter the Dragon,” which was released posthumously a month after he died and immortalized as one of the best kung fu films of all time. The TV series “Kung Fu” was in full swing, too. And “The Street Fighter,” premiering in 1974, surely horrified lawmakers concerned about nunchucks, as it was the first American film to earn an X-rating purely for violence.
“As a result of the recent popularity of ‘Kung Fu’ movies and shows,” the New York District Attorney Association wrote in one 1974 letter, referring to the weapons by an alternate name of chuka sticks, “various circles of the state’s youth are using such weapons. The chuka stick can kill, and is rightly added to the list of weapons prohibited by section 265.00 of the Penal Law.”

NY GOVERNOR WANTS TO LEGALIZE IT! | We Want Local News
Gov. Andrew M. Cuomo announced that he would push to legalize recreational marijuana next year, a move that could bring in more than $1.7 billion in sales annually and put New York in line with several neighboring states.
The highly anticipated proposal came in a speech Mr. Cuomo gave in Manhattan on Monday, in which he outlined his agenda for the first 100 days of his third term.
“The fact is we have had two criminal justice systems: one for the wealthy and the well off, and one for everyone else,” Mr. Cuomo said, describing the injustice that he said had “for too long targeted the African-American and minority communities.”
“Let’s legalize the adult use of recreational marijuana once and for all,” he added.
Earlier this year, Cuomo commissioned a study to determine whether the state should legalize marijuana and later convened a task force to draft legislation to regulate it.
“The goal of this administration is to create a model program for regulated adult-use cannabis — and the best way to do that is to ensure our final proposal captures the views of everyday New Yorkers,” spokesman Tyrone Stevens told the New York Post last week, when previewing the proposal.
The state Assembly and state Senate both currently have bills that propose legalizing marijuana. Previous versions stalled under GOP control. A new proposal could move forward under the new Democratic majority.

New DETAILS LEAKED On RUSSIAN COLLUSION! | We Want Local News
The Senate Intelligence Committee is set to release two reports on Monday detailing the breadth of the Russian social media campaign to sow discord in the United States. The reports, both of which were commissioned by the committee, are based on troves of data that Facebook, Twitter, and Google handed over to the committee about the Russian campaign to influence the 2016 U.S. presidential election and American politics generally. Much of the data has not previously been disclosed publicly. Researchers analyzed more than 10 million tweets, 116,000 Instagram posts, 61,000 Facebook posts and 1,000 videos posted by the Russian government-linked Internet Research Agency (IRA), the troll group indicted by Special Counsel Robert Mueller earlier this year. The IRA’s content unquestionably favored Trump over his opponent, supporting him as early as the primaries. Pro-Trump content featured mainly on conservative pages and rarely appeared in left-leaning circles. There are other pieces of evidence. One is that Russia aimed to stop people from voting, and lower turnout historically favors Republican candidates. Another shows that the IRA disparaged Clinton in nearly all of its social media pages on every platform, regardless of whether the page targeted conservatives, liberals, or racial and ethnic groups. And here’s one of the more shocking revelations: Russia promoted violence in the event of a Trump loss. In nearly 110 Facebook posts including fake images of election machine error messages or ballots, the IRA targeted conservative users with false information about supposed widespread voter fraud aimed at helping Clinton win. More than 70 of those posts went up the month before the election. They made a variety of false claims, including that states were secretly working to help Clinton win; that militias were organizing to stop the fraud; and that citizens could call a (fake) 1-800 number to report discrepancies. A separate report also commissioned by the committee and using the same data similarly found that the IRA was active on every social media platform and sought to help Trump win. The details of the report by Oxford University’s Computational Propaganda Project and Graphika, a network analysis firm, were first reported Sunday by The Washington Post.

DEVOS DEFEATED In Court, FORCED To REFUND STUDENT LOANS | We Want Local News
The Education Department is wiping $150 million in federal student loans off the books, and has begun the process of informing thousands of borrowers that they no longer owe the government money because the schools they attended shut their doors.
The loan forgiveness, announced this week, applies to about 15,000 borrowers as federal education officials begin to carry out new rules that they fought in court for more than a year before giving up in October.
The department said it began notifying some of the borrowers by email on Friday that their loans would be discharged within the next few months. Any payments that the borrowers made toward a loan will be refunded, it said.
As part of the Obama-era crackdown on for-profit colleges like ITT Tech and Corinthian Colleges, the Education Department wrote something called the “borrower defense rule.” It specified how students could get their loan money repaid if their schools were found to be shady. Borrowers had to submit an application and show how they were being defrauded. But if the school was shut down altogether, the loan discharge was supposed to be automatic.
Under Education Secretary Betsy DeVos, the department took a series of steps to try to delay borrower defense from going into effect, as it was supposed to do in the summer of 2017. DeVos called it: “a muddled process that’s unfair to students and schools, and puts taxpayers on the hook for significant costs.”
But the department lost in court repeatedly and also missed a key technical deadline for replacing the rule. In October, a federal judge ordered that the department begin forgiving loans under the rule. Now, per a statement, the government seems to be complying with the closed-school portion of the rule, at least.

OBAMACARE UNCONSTITUTIONAL, TRUMP JUDGE SAYS! | We Want Local News
The future of the Affordable Care Act might be hanging in the balance thanks to a federal judge in Texas, but Obamacare coverage isn’t over just yet.
People can still enroll in an Obamacare health insurance plan for 2019, but the last day to sign up is at hand: by midnight Pacific time Saturday or by 3 a.m. Eastern time Sunday.
U.S. District Judge Reed O’Connor dealt a serious blow to Obamacare on Friday, ruling that the 2010 Affordable Care Act is unconstitutional without the penalties for the law’s individual mandate, the penalty fee on those who chose to remain uninsured that was eliminated as part of the tax-cut law President Donald Trump signed earlier this year.
While O’Connor’s ruling marks an uncertain moment for the millions of people who rely on Obamacare for health insurance coverage, it won’t immediately take effect.
A coalition of Democratic state attorneys has vowed to appeal a late-Friday decision by a federal judge in Texas to strike down the entire ACA, also known as Obamacare, as unconstitutional.
The Trump administration welcomed the ruling by the Texas judge Reed O’Connor but added that Congress should act to preserve protections for people with pre-existing conditions, which would be swept away if Obamacare was dissolved.
In 2010, there were more than 48 million Americans without healthcare coverage, a number that fell by more than 20 million by 2016. There was a slight uptick in the uninsured population last year, however, according an analysis by the Kaiser Family Foundation.
Repealing the ACA became a defining issue for Republicans, although they were unable to do so when they held both branches of Congress following a sustained outcry over the expected harmful consequences of doing so. Donald Trump has called the ACA a “disaster” and said last year Republicans should “let Obamacare fail”.

GOP TURNS ON TRUMP! Senate Votes To End US Saudi Support | We Want Local News
The Senate approved a resolution Thursday to end U.S. support for the Saudi-led war in Yemen, dealing a significant blow to President Trump amid heightened tensions over the death of U.S.-based Saudi journalist Jamal Khashoggi.
Senators voted 56-41 on the resolution, which would require the president to withdraw any troops in or “affecting” Yemen within 30 days unless they are fighting al Qaeda.
The resolution would still need to be passed by the House before it could be sent to Trump, who has threatened to veto it. The House on Wednesday narrowly approved a rule governing debate on the farm bill that included a provision that would prevent lawmakers from forcing a war powers vote this year.
The 56-to-41 vote was a rare move by the Senate to limit presidential war powers and send a potent message of official disapproval for a nearly four-year conflict that has killed thousands of civilians and brought famine to Yemen. Its immediate effect was largely symbolic, after the House earlier this week moved to scuttle it, all but assuring that the measure will expire this year without making it to Mr. Trump’s desk.
But the action signaled a growing sense of urgency among lawmakers in both parties to punish Saudi Arabia for its role in the brutal killing of the journalist Jamal Khashoggi, and to question a decades-old bipartisan tradition of Washington averting its gaze from human rights abuses and other wrongdoing by the kingdom in the interest of preserving a strategically important relationship in the Middle East.
Mr. Trump dug in on that position on Tuesday in an interview with Reuters, saying he was standing by Prince Mohammed despite the C.I.A.’s findings, and saying the crown prince was “very strongly in power” in Saudi Arabia.
“I absolutely believe that if the crown prince came before a jury here in the United States of America, he would be convicted guilty in under 30 minutes,” Senator Bob Corker, a Tennessee Republican who heads the Foreign Relations Committee, said on the Senate floor on Wednesday. “I absolutely believe he directed it. I believe he monitored it. And I believe he is responsible for it.”
Senators in both parties described the measures as direct responses to the refusal by Mr. Trump and his administration to hold Saudi Arabia to account for Mr. Khashoggi’s death, and a way to counter the president’s own statements that the money to be made from arms sales to the kingdom was enough to justify turning a blind eye to such a deed.
“We cannot sweep under the rug the callous disregard for human life and flagrant violations of international norms the Saudis are showing,” said Senator Robert Menendez of New Jersey, the senior Democrat on the Foreign Relations Committee.

PG&E CONFIRMS EQUIPMENT FAILURE IN CAMP FIRE | We Want Local News
PG&E’s equipment in Butte County, a region scorched by the disastrous and deadly Camp Fire, was damaged before the inferno began, including with bullet holes, a fallen hook and a broken tower arm, the embattled utility disclosed in a new letter to state regulators.
The latest revelations from PG&E confirmed prior suspicions that a damaged transmission tower caused a power line to fail in the origin area of the blaze. The letter also said it was a PG&E worker who first noticed the fire and called 911.
Cal Fire is investigating the cause of the lethal blaze, which broke out Nov. 8, killed at least 86, and effectively destroyed the town of Paradise. The probe’s focus includes PG&E’s Caribou-Palermo electrical transmission line and a power pole that’s part of the company’s Big Bend circuit, both in Butte County.
A power outage was reported on Nov. 8 at 6:15 a.m. in the service area of the Caribou-Palermo line and a separate electricity outage was reported the same day at 6:45 a.m. in the Big Bend service area, according to the letter submitted to the state Public Utilities Commission by Meredith Allen, a PG&E regulatory executive.
In between the times of these power failures, at about 6:30 a.m., a PG&E employee observed a fire near one of its transmission towers on the Caribou-Palermo line and the worker placed a call to the 911 emergency line.
San Francisco-based PG&E is already under pressure because its equipment was found to be the cause of multiple lethal wildfires that scorched the North Bay Wine Country and nearby regions in October 2017 and killed 44. Cal Fire has yet to determine the cause of the destructive Wine Country Tubbs Fire that was one of the worst of last year’s infernos.

TRUMP & PELOSI, SHOUTING Match Over WALL | We Want Local News
President Trump, House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi and Senate Minority Leader Charles E. Schumer clashed Tuesday over funding for the border wall, an explosive Oval Office encounter that ended with Trump declaring he’d be proud to shut down the government to get what he wants.
The stunning public spat, during which Schumer accused the president of throwing a “temper tantrum,” ended with no resolution and appeared to increase the chances of a partial government shutdown at the end of next week.
The three leaders pointed fingers, raised their voices and interrupted each other repeatedly as they fought over policy and politics.
“I am proud to shut down the government for border security, Chuck,” Trump said, insisting the public doesn’t want criminals and others coming into the country. “I’m going to shut it down for border securty.”
He topped it off by promising he would simply use the military to build the wall: “If the Democrats do not give us the votes to secure our Country, the Military will build the remaining sections of the Wall.”
If there is no agreement by the end of next week, funding will run out for the Homeland Security Department and other agencies including the Justice, Interior and Agriculture departments. Those agencies, making up about 25 percent of the federal government, are operating on a short-term spending bill Congress passed last week to move the shutdown deadline. The rest of the federal government, including the Pentagon, has already been funded through the 2019 budget year.

SUPREME COURT REJECTS ANTI ABORTION APPEAL | We Want Local News
The Supreme Court Monday rebuffed efforts by states to block funding to Planned Parenthood.
It left in place two lower court opinions that said that states violate federal law when they terminate Medicaid contracts with Planned Parenthood affiliates who offer preventive care for low income women.
It would have taken four justices to agree to hear the issue, and only three conservative justices — Clarence Thomas, Samuel Alito and Neil Gorsuch — voted to hear the case.
Chief Justice John Roberts and Justice Brett Kavanaugh appeared to side with the court’s liberals in not taking up the case — showing an effort to avoid high-profile abortion-related issues for now.
Roberts and Kavanaugh “likely have serious objections,” said Steve Vladeck, CNN Supreme Court analyst and professor at the University of Texas School of Law. “But such votes seem to be a signal that they would rather avoid contentious, high-profile disputes for now, at least where possible.”
At issue is not whether states can provide federal funding for abortion. Instead, the case concerned whether they can block Medicaid funds from offices that provide such women with annual health screens, contraceptive coverage and cancer screening.
The dispute over funding for Planned Parenthood stemmed from the July 2015 release by the anti-abortion group Center for Medical Progress of a series of edited videos purportedly depicting Planned Parenthood of America executives talking about the sale of fetal tissue. Planned Parenthood has said it did not seek any payments beyond legally permitted reimbursement of costs.

‘CRYING NAZI’ VOWS REVENGE For CHARLOTTESVILLE | We Want Local News
As The Washington Post’s Joe Heim and Kristine Phillips reported, the killing “culminated a dark 24 hours in this quiet college town” — and Cantwell was mostly in the middle of it. A photographer for The Post captured him sitting on a curb, being tended to by police after being hit with tear gas.
A year later, with Fields’s trial now over, Cantwell went on the social media platform Gab, known for its far-right user base, and aimed his words at “Charlottesville and the broad Left.” Fields’s conviction “will drive us toward your complete and total destruction,” he said, claiming that there are more than enough people “to put in the massive amounts of unpleasant work.”
Cantwell began his post by claiming Fields was not a necessary part of the alt right movement he stands for. “Charlottesville and the broader Left celebrate prematurely tonight,” Cantwell wrote, as reported by Raw Story. “The show trial and CONviction of James Fields is merely a symbolic victory for you, which you’ll forget in short order. He was not an intellectual leader or military necessity.”
The next “Dylann Roof, the next Robert Bowers, he’s not going to go out blasting and be out of the fight,” Cantwell wrote.
Cantwell has made similarly ominous threats before. As The Post’s Avi Selk wrote in August 2017, “Cantwell was the thick-armed embodiment of white nationalism to tens of millions of people — the star of VICE News and HBO’s documentary about [the] rallies, which has been seen more than 30 million times.”
A video shot in his hotel room shortly after the rally shows Cantwell learning that there is a warrant out for his arrest over the use of illegal gas and injury by a caustic agent or explosive. He appears to be on the verge of tears.
“I’ve been told there’s a warrant out for my arrest,” Cantwell pleads to the camera, through sniffles and in a trembling voice. “I don’t know what to do!”

COHEN DETAILS REVEALED – Mueller Investigation | We Want Local News
Michael Cohen’s help is detailed in the memo from Robert Mueller, who is heading the probe into alleged Russian collusion with the Trump team.
The memo is mainly to guide sentencing for crimes Cohen has admitted.
A second Mueller memo sets out the case against ex-campaign chief Paul Manafort for breaching a plea bargain deal.
While Mr Mueller said in a sentencing document that Cohen had gone to “significant lengths” to assist his probe, prosecutors in the southern district of New York said Cohen had not entered into a cooperation agreement with their office and that his sentence should reflect a “modest” reduction from the roughly four to five years they said federal guidelines would suggest.
“The defendant’s lies to Congress were deliberate and premeditated. His false statements did not spring spontaneously from a line of examination or heated colloquy during a congressional hearing. They started in a written submission that he chose to provide to both houses of Congress ahead of his appearances,” writes Mr Mueller.
What all this means is that prosecutors in New York and Washington are claiming the president had implicit knowledge and involvement in a campaign finance crime. He also had knowledge of a massive property deal that involved contacts with Russian government officials while he was running for president in an election that was being targeted for influence by the Russian government.

Starlink: Battle for Atlas Review | We Want Local News
Starlink: Battle for Atlas is an action-adventure space exploration game featuring 5 unique characters and one guest character brought in through Ubisoft’s partnership with Nintendo—Fox McCloud and his team Starfox. Standing alone Starlink: Battle For Atlas delivers everything we wanted on the backs of games like No Man’s Sky while also providing an interesting toy-to-life peripherals to enhance the experience (which is optional should you so choose) but with the additional Starfox content Starlink becomes an expansive and breath-taking adventure that is a must have for any man woman or child who wants to explore the vast reaches of space as well as scratch the need for any Nintendo Switch owners looking to get an authentic Starfox experience.
Starlink is a game so jam-packed with content any player will surely find plenty of things to do and lose themselves in the ongoing conflict the game provides. That being said the price point for the game to play in the way it advertises will make most consumers leery of purchasing it. The physical starter kit being set at $59.99 comes with one ship, one pilot and two weapons while the Starfox bundle is set at $79.99 which has the same things the starter kit has, but also contains Fox as a pilot and his signature ship, the Arwing. Additional ships are set at $25.00 and additional pilots and weapons ranging in the $8.00-$10.00 range. This manner of splitting up the game’s features through individualized DLC is unfortunately the game’s biggest drawback as it can be hard to recommend to any consumer when you begin to add up how much it would cost to get the game’s bells and whistles. The game may also not be for everyone in terms of its quest-giving system which at times, can get repetitive. Whether its exploration, helping the locals, or progressing in the main story all tasks you undertake in Starlink are attributed to the larger goal of taking down the Legion (or Wolf if your with Starfox) but to what degree of help any one mission contributes to your goals can seem minute, especially just starting out. Many players may also find that while the graphic style is pleasing and consistent it may feel a bit lacking due to the Nintendo Switch’s lesser hardware.

GOP IGNORES ELECTION FRAUD IN NC | We Want Local News
The executive director of the North Carolina Republican Party says he supports a new election if allegations of fraud in the 9th Congressional District race are proven true and it impacted the outcome of the race.
Dallas Woodhouse claimed to CNN’s Drew Griffin he was so upset after watching CNN’s coverage of the controversy last night, he vomited.
“This has shaken us to the core,” he said.
His comments come as the North Carolina State Bureau of Investigation, the Wake County District Attorney’s office and the state board of elections are investigating allegations that McCrae Dowless, who worked for Republican candidate Mark Harris’ campaign, used absentee ballots to alter the vote in Bladen County.
Harris, a Baptist minister who ousted Rep. Robert Pittenger in a Republican primary this year, leads Democrat Dan McCready by 905 votes. But investigators are probing whether some absentee ballots were altered by Dowless and a loosely connected group working with him or collected from voters but never turned in.
Dowless worked for Red Dome Group, a GOP political consulting firm that Harris paid more than $400,000.
Dowless was hired to get the vote out, and by whatever means, he got results. More absentee votes came in by mail from Bladen County than any other county in the ninth district. It was also the only county in the district where Harris beat McCready in mail-in votes (Democratic campaigns tend to focus more on early and absentee votes), even though the district’s party registration leans Democratic.

GOVERNMENT SHUTDOWN IN 2 WEEKS! | We Want Local News
Congress approved a two-week extension on Thursday for a key government funding deadline, setting up a showdown over spending just days before Christmas that could trigger a partial government shutdown later this month.
The stopgap spending measure, which now heads to the White House for President Donald Trump’s signature, pushes the deadline when funding will expire for several government agencies from December 7 to December 21. If Trump signs the measure, lawmakers will have averted a partial shutdown this week, but the threat of a potential shutdown still looms on the horizon.
Congressional leaders in both parties have indicated they do not want a partial shutdown, but Democrats and Republicans remain at an impasse over Trump’s demand for $5 billion for his long-promised border wall and the issue continues to be the key sticking point in negotiations.
“It’s getting late. It’s not five minutes to midnight yet but it’s getting towards the end of the month,” Republican Sen. Richard Shelby, the chairman of the Senate Appropriations Committee said Wednesday.
On Thursday, Pelosi told reporters that she would not exchange border wall funding for legal protections for young immigrants brought to the U.S. illegally as children — a legislative priority for House Democrats. She called them “two different subjects.” Pelosi wants to fund DHS for a year rather than pass a short-term measure that would only delay the wall fight temporarily.

TEACHER RUINS SANTA For KIDS! | We Want Local News
What’s worse than a lump of coal in your Christmas stocking? Perhaps a place in the unemployment line.
A substitute teacher who recently told first-graders that Santa Claus is not real is no longer working for a New Jersey school district, the superintendent said Tuesday.
Montville Township Public Schools Superintendent Rene Rovtar confirmed in a statement to Fox News that the substitute, who has not been identified, is no longer with the K-12 district.
Rovtar previously told News 12 New Jersey that “childhood wonder associated with holidays and traditions” is special to her.
Officials say the teacher debunked other holiday characters Thursday, including the Easter Bunny, the Tooth Fairy and Elf on a Shelf.
The “Santa matter” prompted a social media outcry from the parental community, the report said.
“Many of us parents have been doing damage control since the kids get home from school,” parent Lisa Simek posted to Facebook on Thursday.

MUELLER INVESTIGATION TO BE RELEASED! | We Want Local News
America may get its most intimate look yet inside Robert Mueller’s secretive Russia investigation in the next four days, with a series of disclosures that have the potential to be greatly damaging for President Donald Trump.
Court filings focusing on Trump’s first national security adviser, Michael Flynn, on Tuesday and his ex-campaign chairman Paul Manafort on Friday could offer tantalizing new details of Mueller’s deep dive into the 2016 campaign.
If the special counsel lives up to his reputation, his filings will feature surprising revelations and rich texture to color the picture he has already painted in indictments and witness testimony of a culture of endemic dishonesty in Trump’s orbit about multiple, so far unexplainable, ties with Russians.
Mueller’s team will explain in district court in Washington why they accused Trump’s jailed ex-campaign chairman of lying to them, potentially jeopardizing his cooperation deal with the special counsel.
All eyes will be on the court docket to see if Manafort lied about Russia or the Trump campaign — which could be explosive — or something with less collateral damage, like his lobbying work in Ukraine, which led to a conviction in Virginia for fraud and tax evasion.
The spokesperson for the special counsel’s office has said that at least part of the Manafort memo will be public. Some of it could be sealed.
