Stage 1 was at $364,396. The exterior of the mansion is done, some basic furnishing and landscaping at the front.

Stage 2 of Motherlode Mansion is at $751,129! Fully furnished, added landscaping with an indoor pool and gazebo with a hot tub.

Final version of Motherlode Mansion. Total lot value: $1,000,322. Using the whole attic space for a gym and a jamming studio, also added a lot of expensive decoration to inflate the price.
