Not that such a thing is actually possible... Someone has been wondering for how long I would be able to post one thing about my favorite obsession a day without repeating myself. Challenge accepted.

Could you tell me some facts about Duke Wellington and Harriet Arbuthnot? since they were close. Thank you.
I've basically only just come back after moving to twitter for a long time... is this still something you are interested in?

How was the Duke of Wellington relationship with Lord Castlereagh? Have you ever met Eugenio de Beauharnais? Thank you :)
Assuming we’re talking about Robert Stewart, rather than his father before the title went to his son as a courtesy title, they were friendly for the greatest part of the time that they knew each other. That is, up until and through Castlereagh’s decline into paranoia, which Wellington handled in his usual blunt and practical manner. Eugenio de Beauharnais died in 1824, and I am not quite old enough to have met him. However, my family is from the direct vicinity of the home of the original Landgraves of Leuchtenberg (I spent a lot of time just roaming the ruins of the old Leuchtenberg castle as a kid, as a matter of fact), so by extension, I have some general knowledge on the later Dukes of Leuchtenberg. Was there anything specific you need?

Maybe it would help if you told me what prompted the question, because I'm still not sure what the question you're trying to answer even is (which makes it hard to help). The Duke listed as "editor" obviously is not the 1st Duke, since the publication was almost 100 years after his death.
Hi ! I want to read The Journal of Mrs Arbuthnot! Do you know where I can read in (lived)? If you did not read wrong because the Duke of Wellington did not know the existence of this newspaper. Thank you :)
Hi! If by “live” you mean online, I am not aware of a digital version. I’m working with a hardcopy of the 1950/51 publication by Macmillan. It’s "The Journal of Mrs. Arbuthnot, 1820–1832″. Edited by Francis Bamford and the Duke of Wellington. (That is not “our” Duke of course)
I’m afraid I can’t parse your second sentence so I’m not sure what you’re looking for. If it's a specific section you need, I can probably send you a photo of the page.

Hi ! When did the painter Goya portray the Duke of Wellington in Spain? Thank you.
There are two paintings of Wellington by Goya
The was begun in August 1812 and originally showed Wellington in accordance with that point of time. Goya modified this painting later, in 1814, adding more orders that Wellington had been awarded in the meantime, and changing his uniform.
The equestrian portrait by Goya is easier: it’s from 1812.
Hope that helps!

Jenna Coleman picture of the day, as Queen Victoria, with Peter Bowles as the Duke of Wellington in a still of London Bridge is Falling Down, Victoria season 3 episode 2.
I chose this picture while thinking about the fact that Jenna had to stand on several books for the virtual play. 🥺

Arthur, being told about this: Can she ride? Can she shoot? Is she dressed for the job? Can she carry out an order? Does she keep her head in a battle? Yes? Then I’d thank you to stop wasting my time with such nonsense.
Imagine Arthur Wellesley (Lord Wellington) finds out that you, one of his best soldiers, has actually been disguising herself as a man all along.
Arthur: But why? You’ve seen Teresa, she fights alongside us.
You: Yes, she fights alongside us, but she’s not in the army.

Hello, I hoped you could help me with a thing; I was always interested in what books my favorite historical figures were reading and I searched for the books the Duke of Wellington was reading and I didn't find any information ; I'll be much obligated to you if you could help me ❤
I’m afraid it appears that he wasn’t that great a reader of books. He'd read up on subjects that were currently of interest to him but otherwise, the news, the immense amounts of letters he received, read and responded to every day and work-related reading would have been his main reading material. We do have the luggage lists from the ship when he was sent to India (and returend) though, and at that time, at least, he had packed a ridiculous number of books. Going by that, it appears he had a thing for romance novels.
