Heres the first draft of a Scelus redesign and the differences in anatomical flow between these two drawings is sending me to Saturn.

Also, for anyone who's still very confused about these characters: This is a self contained story that revolves around Twain as well as Anael and Scelus, the guardian angel and demon that share custody of Twain's soul.

Originally introduced on my Deviantart in June of 2024, Twain is one of my most underdeveloped characters. Here are some more recent doodles I made of them in a magma art jam (The improvement???)

erm, op ignore this reblog please. Im being sappy and vulnerable and embarassing. I just really really appreciate this comic on a deeply introspective level and I want to cherish it beyond a simple like. ❤️

It's silly to be as emotional as I am currently over this. But- The way Spam accepts Anne and immediately/excitedly begins to support her makes me so viscerally happy. I yearn for that kind of enthusiastic support in my own life. Rahhhhhh.

I- um. I have no Idea what's going on anymore- Tenna if he was emotionally stable. *Drops human Tenna design +notes and skedaddles*

Design notes If you care to read em: - Has Myopia (Nearsightedness) so he wears corrective lenses, HOWEVER, He dislikes how his glasses look on camera so sometimes he will opt for contacts while filming - When his hair began to grey with time he would dye it, but eventually stopped after the box dye incident - Has dimples and smile lines from grinning so much - LOVES bright saturated colors that he can differentiate from a dull background - I know I drew him kind of skinny/lanky in the fullbody, and his sprite is sort of bulky/muscular looking. So let's just go with "his body got frail as he aged" okay?
