I just made up a soulmates AU but it's focused on the Sun/Moon dynamics, it's not really a solid thing and there are a LOT of holes in the world building of it all, plus my writing sucks, but I got this idea from listening to O Sol e a Lua from Pequeno Cidadão

Every single person is assigned Sun or Moon at birth, which is shown by a marking in one specific part of their bodies showcasing either a Sun or a Moon (there are also stars and eclipses and all that shit but I didn't manage to get into that yet)

If you're a Sun then until you find your soul mate every single day will only be spent in the sunlight, your life will be accompanied by the sun and it's shine 24/7 until you find your moon and vice-versa

When you meet your soulmate you start seeing changes in the sky at first, like, it gets darker/brighter at the sight of your soulmate and it the light/darkness is always in the general direction of them, but it's not very noticeable at first

The change is subtle, but as you fall deeper in love with your soulmate the sky falls along with you, changing until the moment when you both finally acknowledge your feelings for eachother

When you both acknowledge your feelings for eachother and get together, you both witness dusk and dawn in quick succession.

As both your visions finally get attuned with the sky as it actually is, no more eternal night and never again to be always day, it shows both of you a little bit of how your partner saw the world up until they met you and learning how to navegate through new and weird sights

my points probably made no sense but I'm writing this at 1:45AM high of my sleeping meds so please bear with me

ok but honestly speaking now, I honestly didn't think that Wednesday would have any real chemistry or even a little bit of a hint of romance with anyone during the course of the series, including Enid!

Willa's attitude towards every single person who tried to approach her was clearly hostile and closed off.

her interactions with Xavier were based purely on his utility and her suspicion of him

despite loving the whole slow-burn enemies to friends to lovers dynamic she and Enid have going on and their interactions being the best ones amongst the "love interest" bunch, Willa's A+ social skills and overall emotional constipation makes it hard to build any good feelings

and don't even get me started on her dynamic with Tyler honestly that shit was PAINFUL to watch and not just because I'm a wenclair truther

I just hope that they manage to actually evolve any future relationships involving the characters before making them smooch faces, their trial at romance this first season was mediocre at best, because if it keeps going like this I'm starting to think that having Wednesday fly solo might not be a bad idea after all

what abt a fanfic where Wednesday both fears and craves a love of her own to be like the romance her parents have and as soon as she meets Enid she realizes she found her lover, her own Cara Mia to love and cherish.

but at the same time she's HORRIFIED because she always thought it be someone who at the very least didn't wear PINK for fucks sake, and so she runs away from the idea of even getting to know Enid, afraid to give in to the everlasting temptation to just get close to her and touch and praise and care and LOVE

(oh my God all of a sudden her dad's passionate behavior 24/7 became very understandable, she just might ask him for some tips)

but she doesn't, because Wednesday Addams is a lot of things, a weirdo, a freak, a creepy little goth girl, but she's also a stubborn ass bitch

and so she just,,, resists to every single attempt to get closer made by Enid while also not being able to help the flirting (that to normal people just sounds like death threats but she doesn't know that)

oh God I got way too excited abt this and I didn't even get to the Greek Enid part let me stop here💀

Out of all the headcanons the Wednesday/Wenclair fandom (‘cause let’s face it they’re almost the same thing) has, I love the “Enid is Greek” and “Wednesday is touch starved” ones the most. LIKE IF SOMEONE COULD MAKE A LIKE 3K WORD FANFIC OF THAT I WILL LITERALLY START SINGING THEIR PRAISES

ok but hear me the fuck out:

Wednesday is fluent in a fuckton of languages because, well, Addams thing, so when one day Enid calls her by a Greek petname she IMMEDIATELY feels the need to kill someone cuz murder is the way to show happiness ofc, but she never tells Enid cuz she loves hearing the little things Enid is still afraid to tell her outright even after getting together and Wedds secretly relishes in those moments and has to keep the urge to happy stim all the time (yes I'm projecting but shhh) until one day they're walking around town and a Greek tourist asks for help and while Enid is ready to help and translate Wednesday instinctively responds in Greek and Enid just KNEW it was too fluent to have been recently learned

later that day when they get back to their room Enid just looks like a fucking tomato and asks Wednesday if she was making fun of her by pretending to not know what she was saying all this time (sad insecure doggo) and Wednesday just looks her deep in the eyes and, while speaking Greek, tells Enid every single answer she had thought of to every single hidden thing said to her that she couldn't reply to before, every single one of them being words of love and adoration in pure Addams fashion

that is all. I rest my case.
