Someone may have already done this but I was curious as to how the bit of Narukami running in gameplay would look with a remix of Heartbeat, Heartbreak so I added it.

I decided to do the Reincarnation version of Heartbeat Heartbreak because it seems pretty similar to Reload's version of The Moon Reaches Out For the Stars.

Honestly, I feel a little better looking at it this way and in an odd way, feels a little more real.

Before the battle:

After the battle:

I see I still have much to learn. You've reminded me that there's never an end to this journey. Take this Super badge as proof of your abilities.

Even though there are definitely other types that Jeremie could work with, Normal type gyms can be deceptively difficult, and I wanted to lean into a different typing that could work for him. Also, Porygon-Z's Dex entry matches him up pretty well lol

Jim, the Ground-type Gym Leader. He's the first gym leader in the Kadic Gym Challenge, and will probably mistake you for a local student.

Before Battle:

I'm Jim, the Ground type gym leader - hey, what are you doing out of class? You're not supposed to be here! If you don't go back to the school right now, I'll battle ya!

After Battle:

Ah, haha… Didn't realize you were a challenger. Thought you were one of the school kids. Anyways, you didn't do too bad. Here's my badge, the Jim badge. Get it? Haha… I'm just kidding, they didn't let me name it that. This is the Rumble badge. Now, get out of here before I send you back to class!

I recently got back into my old Pokemon games and the nostalgia made me jump headlong into making this crossover. Got a whole lineup in the works so look forward to the next one!
