It is not always easy to come up with new morning rituals that will empower you each day so here we have 3 ideas for you that have been proven to achieve good results for others.
Breathing Exercises Upon waking, take 5-10 minutes to focus just on your breath. Observe each inhalation and exhalation without judging or trying to change them. This anchors you in the present moment to start the day centered and calm.
Gratitude Journaling Keep a journal by your bedside and write down 3-5 things you feel grateful for each morning. Expressing gratitude first thing cultivates positivity, optimism and connection.
Silent Sitting Meditation Sit comfortably with eyes closed and back straight. Set a timer for 10-15 minutes. Bring awareness to your breath and bodily sensations without reacting to thoughts. Regular silent sits reduce stress and boost focus.
