Yesterday was National Take a Hike Day!
Took the dog out to Wildwood and went for about 4-5 miles :)
Weather turned icky today and the next two days are for packing for MO for FTFTG!!!

Rebrand!!!
I realized that I don't care what I look like, but I do care where I'm going, so this will now be my travel side blog and I'm very excited to start planning out my future adventures! Obviously, I still will be perusing being my healthiest and best self, it's just not going to be the primary part of this and the title still fits so yay! It'll still mostly just be pictures of my dog and trees so the difference will be subtle at best lol

I cannot stress this enough- Build a routine. Build Habits. Wake up every day and get used to being productive, one day at a time. Do this for long enough and eventually you’ll be at your goal without even realising it.

Easter at the zoo! We then went to my Aunts until the Pens game and then I watched them lose. Good times. But at least they're in the playoffs and Walleye clinched the West so not too shabby. Tomorrow starts new morning routine and some Just Dance after work so I can get my legs under me again while it's too cold to go anywhere.

So I didn't do anything I said I was gonna yesterday regarding this blog, but I did have 3 beers and watch the Pens lose on my birthday so lame. But Wil Trapp was captain for the US AND they won 1-0 so yay!!! Hopefully he and Steffen will get called up again

These kinds of programs saved me when I didn’t have time to go to the gym, as well as when I was beginning my fitness journey. I started out doing circuits at home and building up some strength little by little by sticking to these every week!
If any of you have questions and decide to try these out, don’t forget to tag me at #mulanlifts! I’ll be sure to make a page for everyone who decides to do this. I’m working on getting more personal training clients and if you guys want to help me, and stick to this for 3-4 weeks and take some before and after pictures, that would be so amazing!

26th Year
My birthday is tomorrow!!
I just went through and deleted everything that wasn’t a recipe and we’re clean slating it!
So this year’s to do list
-nightly posts
-consistency in general
-weekly recaps and weigh-ins on Tuesdays
-money tracking
so this’ll start tomorrow morning I’ll weigh in (I had a bad winter and i think this is my highest weight so not looking forward to that), and an actual plan to execute but for now, I’m gonna go take a lunch and get back to work
