So, I know it's been a long ass time but I feel like I can come here whenever I have a problem or need some advice.

I've been in this new job of mine for about 6 months but today was just a breaking point for me and I had a full on panic attack that was the worst one I've had in my life. I feel so stressed out and overwhelmed with work, like everyone keeps adding things on my plate which they want done right away and telling me to be someone I'm not despite me saying otherwise.

I'm really unhappy in this job, realizing that it's not what I want to do and I so badly want to quit. But I don't exactly have a back up. And I don't know what to do...

Help?

Love in Paradise Sneak Peek (Bucky Barnes x Reader)

So, inspiration has struck! How long has it been? Who can tell? Anyway, I want to share the idea I'm currently working on. It's inspired by the song 'Love in Paradise' from Epic: The Musical. I highly recommend listening to the song to see the vibe I'm going for and maybe you figure out where I'm going with this...

Anyway, ENJOY!! 

“Who are you?” he asks, holding his bionic arm out to create distance between you and him. “And where the fuck am I?”

“Hey, it’s alright, Bucky,” you gently say, slowly crawling on the bed toward him. 

There’s something on your face that he’s not sure about. You have a look of wariness mixed with sadness in your eyes. But you are not afraid of him, almost as if you’re used to this. 

Staring at your face causes an image to flash through his mind. An image similar to that of his dream; his hand wrapped around your throat, your hand trying to reach out to touch his face, and in the corner of his eye the bodies of his teammates. Steve, Natasha, Sam. All of them lay face down or slumped against the wall. 

The flashback is like a sudden headache that hits him, making him drop his defense, and giving you a chance to rush forward. You’re quick to jump off the bed to stand in front of him with his face held tightly in your hands.

He tries to push you off him when he snaps out of it, but his body turns frozen at the sight of a blue glow around your eyes and wisps of magic entwining between your fingers. “It will be fine, Bucky. Come back to bed,” you whisper, staring straight into his eyes. “Come back to paradise.”

I can't wait for Rise & Reign! Dark viking Bucky + arranged marriage + obsession/yandere sounds 🔥🔥🔥 And dark is always good 😈 We love dark in this house muahahaha 🖤

I can't wait for it either! I'm excited to finally work on an idea that's been in my mind for a long time :D It is not that Bucky will be dark, there will just be the usual themes for a Viking-themed story, namely stuff like war and blood and murder and shit like that... But I thought I would leave a little snippet of what to expect.

His dark brown hair is messy from the winds of the sea, pieces sticking out of unkept braids sweep over piercing blue eyes that remain fixed on your father who has stepped forward. There are no scars on his face, making you think that he must not give his enemies a chance to strike his face before killing them. He wears a thick coat of fur around his shoulders. It is worn and frayed, a sign that he comes from a place similar to you - cold and wet most of the year. 

And there, on the hilt of the sword rests the hand of the fabled metallic arm. 

He is the man of war the stories tell of. Yet, there is a sense of familiarity behind those eyes of a soldier. 

“Jarl James, I am pleased to see that you made it to our shores in one piece,” your father says, breaking you out of your stare at the man leading the pack who has entered. 

“We have braced worse storms than the one that swept us in, but we were all relieved to step foot on land once again,” Jarl James says, stepping forward with an extended arm to shake your father’s hand. 

As your father turns to the side, you step forward so he can introduce you to the guest. “This is my daughter, (Y/n).”

You smile at him, unfolding your hands to offer one to Jarl James. “It’s a pleasure to meet the man behind all the stories.” He must know of the stories being told about him, but when his eyes land on you, it is as if his demeanor changes.

So, despite my recent poll, I have decided to not add ABO to the Viking!Bucky story I am planning on doing. Instead, I will be doing 2 new fics!

Which means that now you will have a choice in deciding which one I do first:

Rise & Reign (Viking!Bucky) Summary: A new kingdom threats to destroy your family's land, leading your father to look for aid with a Viking lord who has recently come into power. He means to create an alliance with the proposal of your hand in marriage. You know it is the best thing you can do to protect your people. What you do not know is that your future husband is more than what meets the eye.

The Fall (Alpha!Bucky) Summary: You're supposed to be protected by your Pureblood status, but a lot of help it did when you're kidnapped to be part of some sick underground Omega trafficking ring. Fortunately, you're saved before the worst can happen and join the effort to end the ring that threatened you. But the Alpha of the team can be hard to avoid...

So here are my 2 story ideas. Both will have some unsavory content as I seem to be going into my dark era of writing XD
