Its hard 2 see bcoz of my blacklight+i have an android but i made my own lil calander to keep track of calories. I get different stickers ranging in coolness depending in how good i do that day. I get a spongebob sticker if i fast, a monster high sticker if im under 200 cals, a kinda boring star if im under 800, and I get a "piggy coin" if im over 800. It's so hard to keep my attention but hopefully ill stay focused if i get stickers

Just got outta inpatient. I gained 5ish pounds and im really unmotivated. If anyone wants to send meanspo it'd be much appreciated. I've got really thick skin so don't go easy on me. Here are some of my main ed phrase triggers:

·my mom was skinnier than me at my age

·being skinny is the only good physical trait i have

·being like my morbidly obese family members

·needing to one up ex friends

·not looking like a monster high doll(ik it's stupid but it's an aspiration nonetheless)

·being alone forever

I am so fucking high rn. i gained (2ish) pounds. im still on the animals are friends not food bandwagon. My mom force fed me something (possibly chicken?). I go twoish days not eating anything and then realizing i havent eaten, gorging myself, having an anxiety attack over whether or not i’ll vomit. I usually dont. im not anti purge but if im not in control the “am i gonna puke?” anxiety is killer.
