This Thanksgiving snack board is a delightful combination of savory and sweet treats, perfect for entertaining guests or enjoying with family. The warm, gooey brie with cranberry sauce and honey pairs wonderfully with the variety of crackers, meats, fruits, and nuts. It's a simple yet elegant addition to your holiday spread.
Ingredients: 1 wheel of brie cheese. 1/2 cup of cranberry sauce. 1/4 cup of honey. 1/4 cup of chopped pecans. 1 baguette, sliced. 1 cup of grapes. 1 cup of mixed nuts. 1 cup of assorted crackers. 1 cup of sliced salami or prosciutto. 1 cup of assorted olives.
Instructions: Warm the oven up to 175F 350C. Put the brie wheel on a baking sheet that has been lined with parchment paper. Cover the brie with cranberry sauce. Put honey on top of the cranberry sauce. Add chopped pecans on top. The brie should be soft and gooey after 10 to 15 minutes in the oven. Put the sliced baguette, grapes, mixed nuts, crackers, sliced meat, and different kinds of olives on a large serving board while the brie is baking. Move the brie to the middle of the serving board when it's done. Serve right away and enjoy!

A comforting and hearty soup made with leftover turkey carcass, creamer potatoes, and vegetables, simmered to perfection.
Ingredients: 1 turkey carcass. 8 cups water. 1 onion, chopped. 2 carrots, chopped. 2 celery stalks, chopped. 1 bay leaf. 1 teaspoon dried thyme. 1 teaspoon dried rosemary. 1/2 teaspoon black pepper. 1/2 teaspoon salt. 1 pound creamer potatoes, halved. 2 cups cooked turkey meat, shredded. 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped. 1/2 cup heavy cream.
Instructions: The turkey carcass, water, onion, carrots, celery, bay leaf, thyme, rosemary, black pepper, and salt should all be put in a large pot. Bring to a boil, then lower the heat and let the broth cook for an hour and a half to two hours, until it tastes good. Remove the solids from the broth and strain it into a clean pot. Bring the broth back to the stove. After you add the creamer potatoes, let them cook for 15 minutes or until they are soft. It will take an extra 5 minutes of cooking after you add the cooked turkey meat and parsley. Add the heavy cream and heat it all the way through. Serve hot, and if you want, top with more parsley.

Ingredients: 2 lbs beef stew meat. 1 bottle For A Song Cabernet Sauvignon 2015. 3 cups beef broth. 2 onions, chopped. 4 carrots, sliced. 4 potatoes, cubed. 3 cloves garlic, minced. 2 tbsp tomato paste. 2 tbsp olive oil. 1 tsp dried thyme. 1 tsp dried rosemary. Salt and pepper to taste.
Instructions: In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add beef stew meat and brown on all sides. Remove meat and set aside. In the same pot, add onions and garlic, saut until translucent. Stir in tomato paste, thyme, and rosemary, cook for 1 minute. Pour in For A Song Cabernet Sauvignon, scraping up any browned bits from the bottom of the pot. Add beef broth, carrots, potatoes, and browned beef. Bring to a simmer, cover, and cook on low heat for 2-3 hours, or until beef is tender. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot and enjoy!
