In honor of my coworker relentlessly banging her fucking fist on the table when I was in the break room with my headphones on, all to get my attention to make me say hi to her.

I wanted to actually strangle her that day. I hate her so much.

I wanted to start this back in February, but when I did, I couldn't get it quite right and lost interest. Found a base to use and like it a lot better.

We've been through a lot, and we need some good affirmations for ourselves. We'll be making more eventually, but these are the first three.

Frei - "I deserve to be loved as much as I love." - For all of her relationships where she's been treated as anything less than what she is and only used for her body. Levi - "I deserve to be my own person." - For being an introject of our ex and forced by them to behave the same way, and not being able to be his own person. Casper - "I deserve to be respected." - For an ex of ours saying they'd never respect them and constantly infantilized them.

What happened to your Instagram account, are you alright?

I have it deactivated. I really want to get off Instagram and don't care that much to post my art there anymore, especially since the AI stuff isn't something I can opt out of. The story and music feature are great, but not really worth the rest of it.

I'm alright, I'm also just dealing with some emotions about someone on there and I need to step away from all that too. I have no hard feelings about the person and I love them to death, it's just some of my own personal kind of stuff.

Doesn't help all of my ex's are still using that as their primary source of social media and the art circle I'm in seems to always have ties to one of my ex's in particular. I can't seem to escape it. Here, Cara, and BlueSky don't have any of them, and I feel much safer to post on these platforms than I do on Instagram.
