Black history month interesting info:

 According to an Antebellum-era legend, hush puppies got their name when people escaping slavery wanted to keep any watch dogs silent. They would throw or drop the fried cornmeal balls to keep any dog’s attention on the food and away from the fleeing person.

3) Elissa Meisenheimer: This amazing lady is not only the owner and founder of Voleforge, but a truly beautiful soul who only sees the best in people. She is an inspirational go getter. Never relying on others to do anything for her, but is one of the most reliable people in the world.  Fun fact: Elissa is probably the only one who can say every one of her bridesmaids was named "Sarah".

Meet the Voleforge Team! 2) Matt Ayres Matt is known for creating digital, fantasy landscapes that could be earth or Mars or from an entirely different galaxy all together. The base components of his pieces are physically shaped and molded using gradients. “Once I find a particular vision for a piece, I use trial and error to fill in details using artificial intelligence (AI) and real images of landscapes,” says Ayres.

Animal facts! Some owls like screech owls keep little blind snakes as pets. The snakes help keep the nests free from bugs and parasites, helping the survival rate of the owl young.

1) Jesse Ingman

Software engineer/designer, artist and visionary. He created his own system “Sphinx���, which digitally generates images based on sound inputs. These works of art are one of a kind and his system is in the process of being patented because Sphinx  “creates randomized data useful for security, health and other data.”  As if his system and amazing art weren’t enough, he has also written a few stories including “Over One Million Miles of Code”.  The Voleforge team is so lucky to have such a horizon expanding artist and our hope is one day, the whole world will be able to enjoy Jesse’s work.
