Revisioning The Legend of Korra
Season 1: Season 1 was very good and I wouldn’t change much about it. The only thing I would change is the ending. Korra got her bending taken away and immediately got it back. I think it would’ve been better if she didn’t get her bending back until the end of season 2. (This way, by the time she gets her bensing back, she has mastered airbending). Season 1 ends with Korra crying on that cliff. It shows great character development in that we first see Korra as a strong, confident and cocky person and the last scene is her being vulnerable, helpless, and alone. This would also make people want to watch the second season to know what happens.
Season 2: I would make the soul plot of this season be Korra learning about the Avatar state and connecting with her past lives. I think it would be cool to see Aang giving her advice. Korra realizes that she could still get her bending back she just has to unlock her chakras. She goes on a little adventure to find someone to help her unlock her chakras. She gets her bending back right before the final fight. She was still having problems with the avatar state. During the final fight, Unalaq is torturing Mako and Bolin and Korra is on her knees begging him to stop. The ground cracks beneath her and she goes into the avatar state for the first time. This time, whenever she talks you can actually hear the past avatars (just like when Aang was in the avatar state). A cool battle ensues but Korras avatar state is too powerful for Unalaq to handle. I think this makes Korras avatar state feel more dramatic and just shows the strength of it.

13 Reasons Why Season 4 theory:
I have been seeing a lot of theories going around involving Monty actually being alive. At first I really didn’t believe them but the more I looked into it the more it started to make sense. Firstly, they seemed to put a lot of character development into him—more than any other season—yet they coincidentally kill him off offscreen with one phrase. I just don’t know why they would bother putting that much time into his character. I saw many theories saying that he faked his own death which to me doesnt really make any sense but I do have my own theory on how they could bring him ‘back’.
When they originally arrested Monty the detectives say that he is being arrested for sexual assult and POSSIBLY MURDER. So at this point they are already suspecting him of murdering Bryce Walker. The detectives start to look into more detail about the night that Bryce was killed and they get all this information (the same info that deputy Standall told Ani about—the tire tracks, the limp foot prints). What if the police start to realize that Monty wasn’t the person who killed Bryce and that they start to suspect Alex—the deputy’s son. Once they start to believe this they begin to plan a hoax so that the deputy cannot interfere with this investigation. They tell deputy Standall that Monty was murdered in his jail cell. As a result, the deputy and Ani put the blame on Monty—thinking that Alex is off the hook. But maybe in season 4, the police keep a close eye on Alex and once Winston comes in and says Monty was with him, they take Alex into custody.
I used to despise this character and thought that he was just an evil soul. Season 3 gave us a look into his personal life and made me understand him more. What he did to Tyler was disgusting and horrible and he should be punished for that but he didn’t deserve that ending (if he does end up dying). I think he deserved a chance to be open with himself.
Montgomery could very much be alive. Kinda hope he is because I enjoyed seeing him and Winston together. If he is actually dead I hope to at least see flashbacks. I’d say it’s a 70% chance hes dead 30% chance hes alive.
