from   that   split   came   two   criminal   factions;   red,   a   polished   syndicate   built   on   corruption   and   control,   and   noir,   a   movement   born   in   rebellion   that   evolved   into   a   weapon   of   manipulation   and   fear.

though   a   fragile   peace   kept   the   city   quiet   for   years,   narciso   dupont’s   murder   in   april   2025   threatens   to   plunge   crestfall   back   into   chaos   —   a   city   once   divided,   now   on   the   edge   of   war.
