I actually really hate how the "just call me a slur" joke went from being a critique of rainbow capitalism and faux inclusionism to being a way to make fun of nonbinary and aspec ppl literally just. having language.
"Joyfriend? Queerplatonic? Erm.. literally just call me a slur XD" shut the fuck upppp goddamn

YES MY BEAUTIFUL GIRLFRIEND ;-;
Have you ever met someone on the internet that you liked so much that you sometimes sit there and think “Oh man there are people who are lucky enough to see this person IN THE FLESH ON A REGULAR BASIS and I wonder if they realize how LUCKY they are”

Coming to terms with the fact that I’ve always been disabled and it has just progressively gotten worse is shit
I was struggling so much for years and just thought that there was something wrong with me. You internalise everything the systems and structures impose and begin to believe that your lack of ‘productivity’ not only becomes a reflection of your material worth but wider value
You take on ideas about how morally you must be corrupt because you simply cannot push yourself further to meet non disabled people. That it must be through a lack of effort. You even allow others to tell you that your needs are too high or that you are not trying enough. A personal failing rather than a systemic issue
Societal structures commodify human worth and perpetuate ableism under the guise of inclusivity or morality. Even those who claim to reject these systems often unconsciously uphold them, which perpetuates harm. The moral hard on some of you get from claiming to love a disabled person is astounding
I could literally go on about this for hours but I should probably try sleep
