BPD makes it so hard for me to know what's reality. One minute I'm like, the world is so fuck up, people are terrible, everyone hates, people only want to hurt me. Then I'm like, omg the world is beautiful, everyone is so nice, everything is sunshine and rainbows.

Idk which is true I'm constantly thinking one or the other in full extremes.
