George Michael is the most underrated pop musician of our time. A writer, producer and singer - no one in pop ever did what he did. Everything he touched was gold. How will you remember him??

I was born and raised with George Michael. And as I grew he was incorporated as a part of my growing up, of my youth, and adulthood. In 1999 I re-discovered my sisters Wham! 'Make it Big' cassette and blasted it in my 1989 Voltzwagon Gulf. I rolled (yes rolled) the windows down and proudly pumped 'Wake Me Up Before You Go-Go.' In college I wrote a dissertation on the genius of 'Careless Whisper,' arguably the greatest song of the 80's. Not many days throughout my life were without George Michael. I don't think many more will be either. Rest easy to the greatest. You're missed #Faith
