Hi - So my friend Collin is a growing musician who has been working on his music for a while now. The video for one of my favorite songs, and his second single, “dayDREAM” just came out. Its been doing good on Spotify but I want as many people to hear it as possible and he hasn’t posted about it on here yet so I’m going to. Anyways him and some of our friends made this video all by themselves on iPhones with a budget of basically zero. Collin has no representation so we are relying solely on submissions and word of mouth to get people listening. Watch the video and if you like it plz reblog it would mean the world to us x_x uwu

I agree with everything that you said about 5sos changing, I still like their new music but the early stuff like pre debut album stuff will always be my fave and everything and I find myself listening to 5sos as a result of everything that their doing. I’ve basically started listening to Busted and The Maine a lot more as a result cos they still give me early 5sos vibes without the dickish attitude

I’ve started listening to YUNGBLUD through all this, because I feel like he sounds a little more like the music I want 5sos to lowkey be releasing? Especially “I think I’m OKAY” with MGK and Travis, it just sounds like such a 5sos song (with a bit of rap of course).

In all honesty, I was suCH a big fan of 5sos last year. I felt like Youngblood was one of their best albums (nothing beats SGFG in terms of lyrics tho, and sound wise everything from 2011-2014 is the BEST) simply because of how it sounded live. 2019 5sos is off in another direction of music that I’ve actively tried to avoid for a long ass time now, and I’m starting to branch off because of it…

But I’ll give Busted and The Maine a listen!! (I saw The Maine live in 2017 too, they were an opener for All Time Low, and honestly? The stage presence the lead singer had was fucking incredible!!!!!!!)
