I have a therapy appointment today and i hate going. I guess there is something i am scared to realize or maybe I’m scared of what would happen if there was no chaos.

I’m sitting in the waiting room and i have seen this guy many times before but i get so anxious before going back!

So it’s the end of the day and i just can’t help but feel that i have not made any progress in my mental health.

Every week i go see my therapist i understand my life more and more. But it makes me feel even more shitty when i leave.

When will the fight be over! 😭
