Summary:  Varian is suspicious of Hugo and letting him join him and Yong on their journey to the Eternal Library. Maybe it’s because he stole their totem. Maybe it’s because his smug face pisses him off. Or maybe it’s because Hugo is the thief he wrestled in a dress back in Rapunzel’s room a year before his adventure. Who knows?

This was a ficlet that got a little out of control. I just couldn’t decide which point of view I wanted to do between Varian and Hugo, so I did both.
