How to Use the Tape for a Lace Front Wigs?
Adhesive should be released from the hair side of the lace front closure, with Lace Release or alcohol. Spray or drip it through and wait for the bond to release before lifting the hairpiece away. Always proceed gently when removing pieces. Using a small brush with top solvent or 99% alcohol, dab at the area where the spirit gum was placed and gently pull away from the skin. Always clean your pieces before re-applying by pacing on a paper towel and dabbing at the gum to dissolve the glue. Never use anything but approved cleansers or 99% alcohol for this process. Glue only can be used as well making sure to let it stand for 5 to 10 minutes or until glue is tacky

3 Apply red liner tape to inside of glueless lace wigs on the tracking lines..you can apply only on the temple areas and back area as you see the fit of wig.
4 Using a make up sponge or small painting brush, apply 2 thin coats of glue to the tape, now applied to the tracks on the unit.
5 Let stand for 5 to 10 minutes until glue is tacky.
6 In the meantime, apply tape to your own head on the same positions as on the unit. Repeat step 5 on your head.

The quantity needed for a full head by hair extensions
When we plan to buy hair bundles, we usually ask how many packs we need to buy for the full head?  The quantity we need to buy is really troubled many people who want to use hair extensions.
And for this questios it is also difficult to answer for the professional people, for there is no positive answer for it at all. It depends on many factors, such as the weight of glueless lace wigs per pack, the density of the customer’s hair, and the length of the customer’s hair, and also the customer’s requirements for density.
Assuming each pack contains 20 strands, 1g per strand, a full head of extensions range from 5 to 9 packs of hair. To be more specified, if the client has fine, thin lace front closure with some layers and about shoulder length, there are 5 to 6 packs may be enough for a full head used.
If the client has a short hair and all in the same length that is medium to thick in density, you will require about 10 to 12 packs of hair since you will need to blend the extensions in for a natural look.
In general, for most clients, you will need at least 5 packs or 100 strands of hair extensions. The number of hair extension packages you need will be based on the length and thickness of the client’s hair and the length and volume the client wants to achieve. This is why it is very important to have the client come in for a consultation prior to installation.
For fine and thin hair, from the nape down to add the hair extensions, it will take about 40- 50 strands; from the occipital up to the crown, it will take 50-60 strands.
For medium and thick hair, from the nape down it will take 60- 80 strands; from the nape up to the crown it will take 50-80 strands.
Remember, if the hair of the client is thicker or shorter, more often than not, you will need more packages of hair extensions to be able to blend the hair in, making it easy for you to create a natural look.
Before you buy the hair extensions, you can ask professional people for help , they would give you suggestions by your weave shop conditions and your requirements.

The History of hair weaves
Hair weaves are typically thought to be used by African American women. The truth is women of all races are using hair bundles extensions to make their manes fuller and more luxurious. The practice of hair weaving has its roots in Egypt and throughout history, it has been considered a fashion and status symbol.
The art of hair weave shop dates back to ancient Egyptian times. Hair was considered a form of self-expression and it was a common practice among wealthy Egyptians to shave their hair and fashion elaborate wigs out of the shorn human hair. While men sometimes wore more flamboyant wig styles than women, women utilized hair weave methods to supplement thinning hair. Wigs and extensions were constructed using knots, resin and beeswax and wigs were often padded with date-palm fiber.
Braids
Braids, another type of hair extension, also originated in ancient Egypt, as far back as 500 B.C. Braids were incorporated into early artwork, such as the Sphinx. The impact of braids on African cultures are explored in the book, "Hair Story, Untangling the Roots of Black Hair in America" by Ayana Byrd and Lori Tharps. According to the book, braids were an indicator of age, religion, wealth and marital status, depending upon what types of knots, twists and adornment a person wore.
Georgian Times
Hair extensions and glueless lace wigs would fall out of favor, but during the 18th century, British women sought to imitate the intricate styles of their French counterparts and began to clamor for hair extensions. Some hairstyles took hours to prepare; horse hair and frames padded in wool were woven into the natural hair, while hair extensions were built over the frames. The height of these styles could reach up to 30 inches and sometimes additional decoration such as flowers and jewels were incorporated into the finished product.
Progression of Hair Weaves
Through the centuries, hair extensions would be used during the Romantic and mid-Victorian eras. During the early 20th century, the only way to achieve the full look of the trendy Pompadour was to utilize hair extensions and various lace front closure frames to give the style its necessary lift. Other popular hair weaves during that time included the frizzette (frizzy hairpiece) and plaits or switches (braids). While the 1940s and 1950s would see a return to more natural styles, in the white community, hair weaves would become commonplace from the 1960s through the 21st century.
Hair Weaves Today
From the 1980s on, hair weaves were commonly associated with the African American culture when the Afros of the 1960's and 1970's, gave way to chemical relaxers and extensions. Weaves have been controversial within the African American community, as they have been viewed as conforming to a European standards of beauty, i.e., long, straight hair. African American celebrities such as Tyra Banks and Beyonce frequently wear weaves. Additionally, many white celebrities like Victoria Beckham and Britney Spears have been known to utilize hair extensions and singer Jessica Simpson has her own line of hair extensions

How Should I Store The Wig?
The best place for a wig to live is on a wig block , Styrofoam head, wig box or even a clean clear plastic bag. This will insure that it is not being crushed or flattened in any way.
If you should happen to get any solvent in your eyes; flush quickly with water.
Apply shampoo to the wet unit. Allow shampoo time to work. Do not rub the hair bundles, gently squish back and forth in the water. Rinse out the shampoo using warm water, using a sink sprayer, from the hair side of lace front. When done; shake out the lace front. Let it dry out at room temperature while secured to a wig block or head bloc, Styrofoam mannequin or towel.
Some removers, solvents, and alcohol are oil based and after using will leave a residue. Simply by washing the areas where they were used with shampoo and water will allow adhesive or toupee tape to stick correctly again! The unit must be dry before applying adhesive or toupee tape.
You should gently remove any remaining adhesive or toupee tape residue with adhesive remover, solvent, or alcohol. Be patient and give the solvent time to soften the residue. Using a lint free rag or microfiber towels work well when cleaning away residue.
You must completely release the adhesive or tape from bonding to your scalp before attempting to remove your piece. This helps, but may not eliminate this problem completely.
Starting at the front left or right temple; peel up the edge and remove it like you would a large bandage.
The adhesive may easily be cleaned from your scalp after the lace front is removed using a adhesive remover, solvent, or alcohol.
Start by slowly peeling the lace front from your head. When using an extended wear bonding toupee tape; first spray or drip adhesive remover, solvent, or alcohol between your scalp and the tape to make it more easy to remove.
Always proceed gently when removing wigs. Using a adhesive remover, dab or spray at the area from the hair side of the lace front where the adhesive/ tape was placed. Wait for a minute for the adhesive/tape to soften. After a minute gently pull away from the skin slowly and carefully. Always clean your pieces before re-applying by placing on a paper towel and dabbing at the adhesive/tape to dissolve the glue. Never use anything but approved cleansers for this process.
Absolutely, this is your glueless lace wigs, style as you would your own hair. Some hairstyles will actually last longer on your wig such as curls using setting lotion.
Because of their delicate nature we gently wrap each pre-styled wig individually and place it in its own shipping box. When this arrives you simply open the box, carefully unwrap the wig, place on a block or Styrofoam mannequin head, prep lace front closure with wig cap, place wig on head, secure, and your ready to go.
This synthetic fringe will style over to one side of your face. It is a free style fringe and it can be worn on alternative sides. The Fringe is a ready to wear product, it comes with 2 clips attached for easy attachment, you can cut and style the weave shop as desired, however we would recommend that for cutting or styling please take the extension to a professional stylist.

The Preparation for Attachments
Hair-wearers must ensure at all times, that the scalp is properly maintained, since it is the most important structure for bonding. If the scalp is not cared for efficiently, bonding will not be durable. Even if the liquid adhesive and tapes are strong, scalps that are oily, sweaty or has leftover adhesive residue will not cooperate well with hair bundles attachments. The hair extension will deteriorate a lot faster if the head is unclean. Here are some tips helpful on prevention of shedding hair overfull. It is all right for light shedding, but if the lace front closure shedding on your full lace wig is more than our natural hair, this will be abnormal.Be sure NOT TO apply any products including alcohol onto the hair of your full lace wig, such as some kinds of hair spray, because these improper products will lead to damage the hair and hair shedding will be found easily. All females enjoy themselves when the scalp is not itchy and the hair extension will stick appropriately and last longer, so it is best to care the scalp for effective grooming. In all honest opinion, no individual will feel comfortable wearing extensions that look untidy and unprofessional. Having hair extensions that are beautifully groomed will elevate the hair-wearer’s confidence and promote an impressive effect, compliments will be wide range.
If you have intensions on applying hair extensions to your weave shop, ensure that the scalp is properly prepared to accommodate the attachments. There are special techniques that can be applied to properly maintain the scalp to perfection. When planning to prepare the scalp, consider methods that are effective. The following questions may be of interest to you for the perfect scalp preparation: The obstacle between your hairpiece and skin adhesives can be alleviated with scalp guards that promote stronger bonds, retain and deodorize sebum, therefore controlling the growth of bacteria.
It is very untidy when the unit is cleaned and there is still residue left back from the adhesive. By using the most effective remover, your problem can be resolved very easily. Some individuals oftentimes will use alcohol to eliminate the stickiness of the residue, but adhesive removers are designed for that main purpose and are considered more effective to get the job done. Less pressure will be placed on the base of the hair system and the skin.
Once the scalp is really clean and properly maintained, the attachments will stick easily and last longer than if the scalp is not prepared properly. An exfoliating scalp scourer should be used to remove the sticky residue. This will remove all of the leftover residues and dead skin cells. These specialized accessories are usually instilled with small mineral beads; this enables a deeper cleansing for the scalp. An exfoliating mitt or glove should be used to prepare the scalp.
You may braid up the hair of your full lace wig or tie it in a ponytail before going to sleep so as to avoid any tangles. You'd better to use a scarf on your head or a hair bonnet when sleeping, which will reduce less breaking and shedding of the hair for your full lace wig. Remember that chlorine and salt water may cause damage to the hair of full lace wig, so you need to wear a swim cap during swimming or wash the full lace wig after swimming to avoid chlorine and salt water left on the hair of your wig. After washing, use TDi Knot & Tape Tab Sealer to seal the knots onto the inside of your glueless lace wig cap again in order to firm the knots on each hair tile for protection from shedding

How to Use Hair Extension?
Hair wefts are attached to your head by sewing them to a tiny braid made out of your own hair bundles. The track (known to hairdressers as a corn-row) runs horizontally around the back of your head. The tracks are done in the middle of your scalp underneath your hairline so you can't see them. Once the tracks are done, the wefts are sewn to them and then your own crown area glueless lace wigs is blended with and combed over the extensions. The crown area of your own hair covers the top track making the extensions seem invisible. The number and size of tracks matches the number and size of wefts. The wefts and tracks ideally should be made in different sizes in order to match exactly the way your hair would look if you had grown it that way yourself. 1) Weaving, A process in which you create tracks on the individuals head and sew the hair extensions on. This method is the most widely used method in adding lace front closure.
2) Braiding, A process in which you add hair extensions by braiding them in. There are many types of braiding techniques which varies from one skilled beautician to another. Tree Braid, Braid Weave or Individuals, Cornrow, and French Braid are just to name a few.
3) Ring loop, One of the new process in which the metal ring is already on the hair ready to attach using the His & Her Ring - Xer. It is very easy to apply and can be re-used.
4) I Tip, A process in which an “I” shaped glue is already on the tip of the hair ready to be attach by using the His & Her Extension Iron or with a Ring. With the Ring, there's no heat applied to the hair
5) U Tip, A process in which the U shaped glue is already on the tip of the hair ready to attach by using the His & Her Extension Iron.
6) Hot glue gun method, A process in which the extension hair is attached directly to your own hair by heated glue stick. In this method, an acrylic glue stick is placed inside a glue gun which heats and melt the glue. Then, the hair extension and the glue are attached directly onto the individual's hair.
7) Bonding, The simplest method. A bonding glue is brushed or applied onto the weft of the extension hair and then it is applied at the root of the individual's hair. It can easily be removed by a remover the glue comes with. This is a temporary method.
8) Clip ons, A process in which the extension hair is pre-cut and has clips attached on the weft to clip on and off to your own hair. It is very simple and easy to wear. You can put it on or take it off as you please.
How much hair you need depends on how many tracks you have. For example: If I had hair to my chin and I wanted hair to my bra line (about 18" long) I might need 5 or 6 tracks/wefts depending upon my current haircut. If I had hair to my shoulders that was thin and stringy and I wanted it thicker and more luscious but the same length I might need 2 or 3 (or more) tracks/wefts.
Hair extensions should not be applied any lower than the base of your scalp (about even with the middle of your ears) and so your hair under this point covers the extensions while you wear it in pigtails, ponytails, french twists, french braids etc,With proper care, weave shop should last four months.

Introduction of raw material of wigs from OMYWIGS
There are many types of “hair” available to make wigs. Sometimes the hair is available that looks. Feels, and behaves exactly the way it needs to. Other times the hair bundles needs work to look, move, and hold the style over a long run.
Mohair(Angora) is the finest of the hairs traditionally used in glueless lace wigs making. It`s is a wool, and- like its cousin used in clothing – is soft, fine, and fluffy, For this reason, it is often used in wigs for very young children; wispy ,thin ,balding wigs; and eyebrows for women and children.
Unprocessed human hair from people with genetic ties to northern Europe is among the thinnest of the human hairs. When healthy, the cuticle lies flat and the hair is somewhat shiny.
Yak hair is thicker, stiffer, and coarser than any human hair, It lacks cuticle and so rarely tangles, it is also incredibly shiny, Yak will take most dyes quickly. Yak curls easily with water or heat. White yak does scorch if the irons are too hot.
Horse mane and tail hair is much larger than yak. It will curl but resists bending even when wet. It is used mostly for historic British legal lace front closure and for spiky-haired aliens. Horse takes most dyes very easily. It does have a cuticle and the health and care of the hair. Will determine  shine  or lack thereof .
Synthetic fibers are made by extruding plastic. The size of the fiber is determined by the size of the extruders.
The shine of the fiber is determined by the shape of the surface.Synthetics are solid acrylic or nylon. Most are heat-sensitive.
The genetic background of the human hair influences the strength, curl and diameter of The individual hairs. It also influences the number of hairs that grow on the healthy head.
What we do to the hair also affects how it looks, moves, and feels. Genetic factors play a huge role. Hairs from most people of african descent are curly or kinky. This type of hair is usually quite thin and very fragile. Because of the fragility, it is rarely used in wig making.
Hair from southeast Asia is usually strong and sticker than European or African hair. For human hair wig making, the cuticle is striped off ,the color bleached out, and the hair is often give a chemical curl.If mishandled the hair can change shape.
Most of the human hair sold for wigs. is Asian hair that has had the cuticle completely removed by an aggressive bleaching process. By removing the cuticle, the diameter of the hair is made smaller which more closely matches, that of genetically.
