day 1 diary:
today im starting my 3 day fast ❕ i tried to start yesterday but ended up getting high & binging 🙄🙄 anyway it’s like 10pm and i’d say today is successfully over and i made it thru day 1, i slept thru most of the day which helped🥲 ending the day not too hungry which is good ❤️‍🩹 but tomorrow is a family members birthday and my mother just told me we’re having a family lunch and now i am so scared and so annoyed cus i don’t want to finish my fast bc of it but i also don’t want to be rude & selfish and make the lunch all about me cus i won’t eat but idk what to do 😭 i guess we’ll see 😵‍💫

Weird anti-binge tip
whenever I feel I’m about to binge, I take a small sip of chilli sauce and immediately feels like not putting anything in my mouth, except for tons of water. You always can buy a little flask, and keeping it in the kitchen where you can see it. 
I have been told many times that eating anything hot or extra spicy, kills cravings and can actually help with weight loss. So this is on of my weirds tips.

the worst part of eds and addictions is that you don't even want to get better, your illnesses become like a comfort blanket. you know that you aren't happy, you know that you're destroying your body but you don't want to stop. everytime i talk abt my illnesses people say things like "you're strong!! you can do it" but in reality the problem is not that i can't do it, but that i don't want to get better. i feel safe and comfortable. i can't even remember my life without my mental disorders and the unknown is scary as fuck

July Challenge
These are rules for a challenge that I’ll be doing the rest of July and probably through August. RB to join this❣️
Eating:
🌻only 300-700 calories per day
🌻once every two weeks fast for one day
🌻have a cheat day once every two weeks (keep it under 3000 cal)
🌻never binge (or purge!!!!)
🌻eat 3/4 of the calories in healthy fruits and veggies
🌻no sugar or most carbs
🌻be safe!!!!!
🌻drink at least 2 ltr of water each day
Fitness:
🌺burn at least 1000 cal per day
🌺take a break day once every week
🌺do a squat or sit-up challenge
🌺chat with others and start a challenge together
