❝you wanna know what upsets me? is that we’re doing nothing to save our environment. we created it and here we are. the hole in our o-zone layer is expanding. our oceans being polluted by the garbage we throw away. our air filled with smoke by factories. our water? getting dirtier. our air? getting polluted. our trees? gone. our animals? killed. our children? not being able to see what we see today. or even, our kids won’t see us. and we won’t see them. we act as if we didn’t see this was coming. we act as if we never expected it. we act like it doesn’t matter. we aren’t doing anything about this. stop focusing on all the IRRELEVANT bullshit. instead of using tech for video games, maybe use tech to help the environment. i don’t care who you are, i don’t care what you do and i most certainely don’t care how much money you have nor what your status is, you live in this world. and you’re going to fucking help it. something else that upsets me is the neglect that homeless people receive from rich people. in canada, it’s cold and we’re going to just let them out on the cold, harsh streets and let them freeze, starve and helpless. are we even humans at this point? or are we monsters? in usa, more than 20% of the population (according to naajai) are homeless. and no one is doing anything about this. focus on the REAL first world problems and not some ring that you didn’t expect to receive from your fiancé. they are humans too. they deserve to have a home and food as much as we do. but, as usual, we are ignorant. another thing is the people who do not pay attention to those suffering in other countries. terrorists are classified as muslims when in fact, the people who are terrorists are those of any race who believe that no one deserves to live and spends their life to take other people’s lives. people in africa and other countries who have little to eat, little to call home yet are still grateful to be alive. children who don’t know what the real world is because they’re afraid. they’re afraid because they’ve been tortured, enslaved, and because they don’t know what the real world is.❞
