Always control your anger!
Have you ever had the feeling of being angry or moody without knowing exactly why? Bacause I always do. Of course it is frustrating right? We all hate being angry because we will all end up being sad, thinking why? Have I done something wrong? What did I do to deserve this feeling. And at the end of the day, we will all have this question, “What to do? How could I stop this?” So here are some thoughts or advices that I think might help you feel good in the hardest times of yourlife when you feel depressed, angry or having a little bit of anxiety, or when being moody strikes you real hard :
1. Think of a happy thought. Doing it might help you forget that you are actually angry or in the verge of being moody. One example is thinking about your crush. This saves my day a lot of times specially when I really feel tired and sad. This becomes so effective if you will try to look at his pictures, watch a video of him singing or dancing. You can also try to reminisce some moments, wait, kilig moments rather. You can also think of your favorite comfort food or anything that makes you so happy.
2. Forget that you are angry. You can try to make something that will keep you busy but be sure that this thing you are about to do will not make your present state worst. You can also try to listen to your favorite band and sing your heart out. Jump and sing but be sure to grab something like your brush or something that will stand as your microphone and start singing as if you are on your own concert and forget about the world. Earphones on, world off. P.s never ever ever play any bitter or sad song or else you will feel worst than ever.
3. Do not overthink. Don’t ever forget that overthinking will never lead ot anything good or positive. Thinking too much will make what you feel worst and will give you much bigger problems. So instead of overthinking of why are you feeling like that, think of something that will help you feel good. Like what I’ve said, think of your comfort food and make a way to have it or watch your favorite tv series or favorite move or better sleep till you feel good.
4. Never forget that you are not alone. You can never go wrong with your bestie. He/She is not just your partner in crime but also in times when you are troubled or sad or in times of being moody. Always think that he or she might only be the one who can stand with you when you are moody. He or she might only be the only one who can bring your being moody to feeling so good. Besides, your bestie know you more than anyone and more than yourself, so don’t forget that your bestie is just one call away. Like what Charlie Puth say, “I’m only one call away, I’ll be there to save the day.”
