7 Anger Management Tips
1. Think before you speak as you can’t take back your words. 2. Don’t say anything until you’re feeling calm. We often regret what we say when we are mad. 3. Be simple and clear when you express what bothered you. Don’t be disrespectful, rude or hyper-critical. 4. Choose to leave the room or to distract yourself when you feel your emotions are really being stirred. 5. Try, if you can, to get some exercise as that reduces stress, and changes physiology. 6. Think about the people you enjoy being with, as that will remind you that not everyone is bad. 7. Try to plan ahead so you have some strategies when your feel the anger rising, and you need to take control.

2015:  5 Holistic and wellness trends
2015 is nearly half-way through, but if the year has already thrown up its fair share of challenges, then we’re here to offer you five important ideas to increase mental health and general well-being.
1. It’s not about wealth, it’s about being well
These days, we are more likely to search for a career that brings quality of life over quantity of wealth. This is an ideal to strive for, but it remains the case that if we are happy in a job with a good work-life balance, then we are more likely to lead a healthy balanced life than if we were slaving away for 60 hours a week in a non-rewarding job.
2. Sustainability and Transparency are In
More and more companies are realising that they need to be sustainable and environmentally friendly if they are to stay ahead of the curve. More and more people get a buzz from knowing that they are living a healthy or more ethical life-style. In turn, companies can no longer afford to not be seen to be cleaning up their image.
3. The Quality of our Food is Improving.
Healthier, organic and home-made food is making its way into our bars and restaurants. Consider the rise of gourmet burgers and smoothie bars. Even chains are winning more point by trying to sell more organic meat and products sourced through an ethical supply chain.
4. Exercising Outdoors is becoming more of a trend
The rising number of people working in desk jobs means that people may be less inclined to join gyms where they are spending yet more time indoors. So outdoor exercise is understandably becoming more popular. Outdoor running, cycling and army fitness classes are just some of the examples we can think of.
5. Meditation and Mindfulness
Meditation and mindfulness have grown increasingly prominent, both as a lifestyle choice and a tool used by employers in the workplace. The benefits of a mindfully led life are becoming more apparent for those who struggle with mental health disorders; it also benefits workers who increasingly lead a professional life outside the normal 9-5 routine.

I love people who make me laugh. I honestly think it’s the thing I like most, to laugh. It cures a multitude of ills. It’s probably the most important thing in a person.
