This is my Mulled Wine recipe. Mulled wine is a traditional drink for winter time, and was popular in Dickens era. Personally, i think it is great for when you want something hot and only mildly alcoholic.

Having worked in restaurants for a loooong time I completely understand why you threw that sugar. Sometimes it all one can do to not kill a bitch. Also work hard and try to be the best person you can be. Not every job is a dream job, but it's how it is

So this morning, our opening grill person called out. It’s usually a shift manager (me), maintenance person, and the opener for grill. This person has repeatedly called out/no call no show and I had a feeling she was going to call out today anyway (she sucks but the morning is her only availability). So on top of her ass no call no show, and the closing people not doing there job, I get super pissed cause we have nothing up and ready for the store, I throw a bag of sugar so hard into the wall it busts open. The maintenance man and i just stood in silence. I sincerely regret doing it cause I’m a much better person than that but shit. Man, I have never gotten so angry/fed up in my life. The dumbass who no call no show came in to ask for her check, and her excuse was she didn’t want to come in, and they just let her go right then and there. I gotta stress this man, PLEASE, PLEASE, notify a manager the day or the night before so we can find a replacement or something. Of course, not every manager is gonna throw a fucking bag of sugar at the wall but hey.
