Summary : Law is a gamer playing and clearing is something he usually do but this one NPC from grand quest just keeping him from completing it. Is this part of the quest?

He’s a hardcore gamer, he can proudly say so.

He commonly knows as ‘Surgeon of Death’ due to how mostly in MMORPG his main character is always hybrid priest/warrior if possible. If not, it will be a class that can support while do decent damage (which he can fix that to ‘insane’ later)

He devotes his life solely on game. He streaming, make videos and writes blog about games, beginners guide, grinding gears, complete boss guide on how to defeat it and skills timing, different ways to play one job, damage calculator, what should do what should not. New patch up and he will try EVERYTHING on the change and update them in such speed. He even has his own goods for selling.

Due to that he has a lot of company who want to hire him as their tester. Not that he cares because he has a lot of support money from people.

Recently, the current most successful VRMMORPG ‘New World’ just update a new patch, a new challenge for him to be exact.

Law admits that the game has a very lame name for RPG but good game nonetheless.

This very new patch has a lot to do, whole new areas for him to complete the map, dungeons, quests, new systems, new bosses, new gears and extra class that still a mystery on how to unlock it.

Doesn’t matter, nothing too hard for Surgeon of Death.

These new areas are whole new region which is need to do the quest called ‘Across The Red Line’ first to go there. Specific NPC location is unknown but Law placed his bet at Saobody because there is NPC that mumbling about how people call him insane due to how he once cross the Red Line and having his adventures there yet no one believes him.

Probably not many people would notice that because these random NPCs are commonly ignored.

If his guess is right that would be great. Some quests are exclusive after all. To experience all of it before anyone else is a great thrill for him.

Let’s see how new storyline goes.

First new boss, Hody, has two phase, can buff and stack ‘Great Strength’ with his doses, no debuffs, no skill trigger, immune to poison and burn. This boss didn’t state in the update, probably some quest boss that can be defeated once? After all it didn’t drop anything beside quest item.

He’ll come back to check later if it has raid or showdown. According to the story it might not have them. That fishman guy become an old man because of the curse. His top priority is clearing new areas before everyone else.

Law would never be bored at these amazing scenery ‘New World’ has. It’s beautiful even some ‘not so good’ place in the game is so cool he never get tried on exploring them.

He usually play in sever that deserted, having too many people means too much noise and those who can’t appreciate the details that creators put them in is suck.

Alone is the best.

So law not really sure how he felt about this one of the new systems called ‘NPC Assists’.

It’s a system that already introduced long time ago but just having them for real in this patch.

You can create your own NPCs, modified them anyway you want like your own characters. All the jobs you ever unlocked these NPCs can use all of it’s skills if you point up them, can make it hybrid too. Sounds good for those who hate dealing with people but needs supports

Still.... NPC IS NPC, he know how NPCs can be so stupid and more of dead weight in some games you actually might want to removed them from your team yet you can’t and some are so annoying that you want to mute it.

He’s more of a pet system person. It’s cute, following you around picking item for you and use a potions for you, some have permanent buffs for you too.  

Maybe this game called pet as NPCs instead? It’s literally the same thing anyway so he might create his own Bepo later.

Or that’s what he thought, his first NPC as ‘NPC Assists’ is a story grand quest that will following you around until you cleared it.

It’s started with that quest opener red-haired NPC told him to go at the village called Fuusha the dialog is more than that but overall that’s the point. Red-haired said he got the letter told him to meet someone there but it’s too fishy for him to go.

As Law arrived there he saved this certain straw hatter black-haired NPC who actually part of the quest and need to following him around because Law held the letter.

Thus he already can imagine his own nightmare of carrying this one around, now he wants to abandoned the quest right-away and do something else first.

He just don’t want to waste his potions on NPC in this new area where he knows nothing about it yet.

But the second he going to throw the quest away it’s stated in quest description that this quest can’t be accept the second time and so he give up.

Law want to ignore the quest and continue his exploring but this game can’t mute so if the NPC start to talk too much he can’t just have them shut up, it’s not working that way. 

Law decided that he needs to complete this grand quest first.

It’s not a NPC he created so he simply know nothing about the boy who called himself ‘Lucy’, he takes his time to read all the status and skills which surprisingly a new class. Maybe this quest is what to unlock the new class?

Things getting harder and harder, usually Law would loved it but it’s NPC you talking about. Damage calculating, skills, status are brand new. It has a new job too.

If it’s all by himself testing wouldn’t be so hard. This will take a great length of time to learn. Observation skill is needed and Law will take this challenge not so lightly.

Now.... when he just thinking with himself while reading Lucy status, something strange happened.

TOB Skit : Umbella Girl

Kind of… spoiler here…… so translation is under the cut (Not very good english.)

That scene where you meet with illusion Edna after that, Berseria Party will have a skit about her due to Eizen reaction.

Eleanor :  ….Um, Laphicet. Can I ask you something?

Laphicet : What?

Eleanor : Melchior-sama’s illusion,  the girl with umbella….. That girl, I wonder how she relate to Eizen. It’s not something that can ask him directly either.

Laphicet : I don’t know. I also wonder about that too….. But she looks quite cute.

Magilou : Ho houu～ So you have an eye for some cute and beauty type huh?

*note : キレカワ is きれい and かわいい fusion together means someone who both beautiful and cute.　

Rokurou :  You think so? But for me, Vel—

Laphicet : Uwaa, please stop!

Velvet : Something wrong?

Magilou : We talk about some delicate stuff. To be more precise, it’s about kid first love.

Velvet : Hmm.

Laphicet : It’s not like that! It actually about that illusion girl with umbella.

Velvet : Umbrella girl…… That Eizen even stopped his move when he saw it. Probably a very important person.

Magilou : Thought so. And even look like such a deep complex relationship!

Rokurou : Oi Oi…..

Eleanor : In other word…. She is someone who he can’t parting or leave her be? Or maybe an impossible to break up lover?

Rokurou : That’s too far….. Even more, she’s too young!

Magilou : No No, to be fit with a pirate it’s must be like…. a lost daughter with some random woman!

Velvet : No, there a chance that woman must be disappear and the word about daughter is never come to know.

Eleanor : Or maybe, after married with someone else they come to realize their lover of the childhood!  

Rokurou : …..These girls.. Just how far they image about that? Anyway Laphicet, you need to be more careful around women.

Laphiset : ….Ok.

This is cute. Mostly it’s about Mikado think about Masaomi. The cover also cute.

Here the translation (not pretty good English) :

Mikado : On the other hand, Masaomi is pretty cool….. quick and strong even the upperman-class can’t beat him! …Like giving off an ‘Hero’ Aura! ….. I missed them….

Mikado : Eh? Ski? No No! That’s impossible! I’m not good at sport! …… but I can’t build stuff either…….. I’m quite feel pity for myself.

Mikado : But I never go to a winter country before, Even if it kind of cold, I want to go and see the world of snow with my own eyes.

Mikado : Ah, That’s right! If Masaomi come back then let’s go together! Make a Snow Angel or Snowman, Ah! A snow hut is great too! About Ski……. Er…. Um… I will try and give myself a challenge…..

*on the note here. I’m not sure if this actually clear but Nakori Snow is a snow that fall outside of the season or weird weather. This is also the song Mikado sings. It’s about a departure of two people and then the lingering snow fall. So the sudden thought about Masaomi isn’t random. Here the original Click

Talesring Vesperia Comic 85

I tried to sum up this drama cd. thanks to suguelya-san for helping me in this since my english is not very good. It might not in the best accuracy but I do find this drama cd quite cute. I will doing more of it later so enjoy and feel free to correct anything.  

It starts in a shop, when a noble attempts to force tax fees out of the owner one week ahead of time. The owner doesn’t have the money yet and swears to pay the following week as per their contract, and as he begs Yuri and Repede happen to walk by to overhear it. Yuri decides to help the poor shop owner and is attacked by the outraged noble while doing so, but promptly overpowers him which ends up with the noble tripping and falling into the river.

Later, the noble reports him to a knight and Yuri is called by Flynn to discuss his punishment, but after being told the reason behind Yuri’s actions Flynn chooses a different type of sanction. Yuri thinks that he’ll be tasked to retrieve a rumored bomber, but it turns out Flynn actually wants him to come up with a show to perform at the upcoming festival.

When told about it Brave Vesperia is amused by the idea and decides to help him. Patty fantasizes about performing skits with Yuri who will only smile for her, but in the end they go for a stage play of Cinderella on Estelle’s recommendation. Everyone agrees to take a week’s practice, save for Yuri who’s on a job elsewhere. He does promise to be present for the final performance however, and when the day Rita suspects him of running away as he’s very late. To make up for it, he swears to accept any kind of role everyone want to throw at him, which so happens to be Cinderella’s second ugly sister. Yuri turns out so pretty as a lady that it renders the girls speechless, while he himself is already regretting his decision.

He goes for a walk and runs into the bomber by accident, but with a dress on he can’t walk properly so he leaves it to Repede to chase after him as he deals with the installed bomb. Meanwhile, the play has started and Flynn is among the audience but when told about the bomber’s presence in town, he comes across Yuri on his way to look for the criminal. Flynn doesn’t recognize him so Yuri plays along to avoid any embarrassment and tells him about the bomb, running away to fetch Rita before Flynn can even thank him.

On stage, the play has reached the knot of its story, when Cinderella puts on the remaining glass shoe. Raven has been chosen for the first ugly sister, Judy for the evil stepmother, Patty for a mouse, Karol for the prince and of course Estelle for the princess. The bomber, closely followed by Repede, comes running to the stage and takes Estelle hostage. Yuri hops on too, grabs the glass shoes to toss to Karol as a distraction to use one of his artes and knock out the offender. The audience remains unaware of the danger, applauding instead the improvisation and great skill and beauty of the second ugly sister. At the end of the performance is everyone happy and congrats Estella on her wedding with prince Karol.

In the end the bomb is defused and the bomber thrown in jail, while Brave Vesperia receives the Knights’ gratitude as well as an invitation to perform again the following year.(Raven even said he actually found his true field lol.) Flynn has one last request, however, and asks for the mysterious girl who gave him indications about the bomb as he wants to thank her properly. The party, aware that this is clearly Yuri he’s looking for, mentions it should be quite easy to find her, but Yuri interrupts them by saying some things in the world are better left unknown.

Happy Ending～

I forget to mention that Flynn actually disappointing not to see Yuri on stage because he has to defused the bomb in festival.

It’s just about Vesperia side in the game. Because Estelle left the kingdom with Yuri and refused to returned so Flynn just join Yuri to protect her. (to be more accurate “join Ad Libitum”) 

a skit that in there is about Luke wanted a big bath and Yuri said if you want that big just jumped into the sea. In the comment section is also come from that skit too. Flynn said to Yuri that Luke is also come from the loyal family so Yuri should talk to him more politely and Yuri is just “Yeah, Yeah, I’m sorry.”

idea just flow into my head because the game that will come out this year.

Yuri : He become an enforcer due to his clouded hue by the time he entered 17. Yuri doesn’t mind what he had become or what people think about him. In fact, he actually enjoy his job. Yuri also Flynn childhood friend so as he saw Flynn become an inspector he doesn’t surprise. He is one of valuable enforcer in the Division because Yuri always solves most of serious case so quickly. Estelle and Flynn just both complain and worried how reckless he can be. 

Flynn :  Flynn is quite an idealistic inspector and Yuri always complain about that trait but secretly support it. He actually surprise to see Yuri as an enforcer in his first job also happy and sad at the same time. Flynn thinks that Yuri should get a better life than this but Yuri doesn’t care. Even as a newbie, Flynn always show a great result in his job but Flynn just think that it because Yuri.
