purely based off of my own reaction to my sisters new born son but i can see catra being hella nervous when holding cora for the first time like "they're so *tiny*, adora, i don't wanna break them!!"

Yess omg ;w; I bet Adora would be the same tho - It was kind of a ‘everyone is panicking but also crying bc?? we love them???’

Also they couldn’t have known how much magicat traits Cora would inherit so I just love the thought of everyone going “Ohhhh look at their ears!! Their little tail ahh!!” Adora also loves that Cora inherited Catra’s heterochromia but Catra might’ve been a lil embarrassed that Cora looks so much like her - I think she’d have preferred Cora look more like both of them.

Then that doubled when Nikala was born and ALSO looks very Cat (Glimmer is hella proud of how many hair colors Nikala has tho - She and Adora had a bet on)
