do makeup that makes you feel more zombie! weather that be dirty, funeral makeup, accentuating eyebags or maybe trying out sfx makeup for injuries!

eat jerky or chicken when you get a meat craving, or tomato jerky for my vegetarian zombie friends!

play/watch zombie media, try to find ones where you aren’t always the enemy!

if you play minecraft, make your skin a minecraft zombie!

decorate your living space to make it look purposefully messy/old/rustic, “haunted grave” themed, or otherwise comforting to you!

remember to take care of yourself! food/water etc, it can be hard to remember when you’re undead!
