Dear customers, if you're going to leave a review that's literally anything less than 10/10, ESPECIALLY if it's over stupid shit like "they didn't have my size in something" that the staff has literally no control over, just don't! We have 3 "negative reviews" on the board that we all have to read and sign that are 7 or 8 out of 10, for such harrowing experiences as "you need more in x size" and "someone in the store was wearing strong perfume". 10/10 or nothing! What's wrong with you!

Malice and Vice got their topical flea med today which is always the Worst Experience Vice has Ever Had. He hates it so much that he'll run around meowing at me to tell me he's in distress but also hiss if I actually reach at him, because he's mad at me and I must be informed. Malice simply slightly increases her level of general belligerence.

I stopped reading DNIs because 90% of the time they were just fucking inscrutable to me. I’d go to somebody’s page and it would be like “DNI if you’re a COSLA apologist,” so then I would Google COSLA and it was just like “Welp, either things are really heating up in the Convention of Scottish Local Authorities fandom or I still have no idea what the fuck this person is talking about.” Or “DNI if you identify as ANFO.” Okay, well, I definitely don’t identify as Ammonium Nitrate/Fuel Oil, but that’s probably not what you meant (although hey, maybe you did; I obviously don’t know enough about your views on chemical compounds to outright dispute that option).” Like, you have my blessing to hate whatever obscure fandom pairing or super niche kink group you want, but just know I am embracing ignorance on this one and will not be looking that shit up.
