TRUMP series chronology (updated)

*MAJOR SPOILERS AHEAD*

This updated timeline combines the events published in the pamphlet of SPECTER and Grand Guignol.

The main story of TRUMP begins at ±0000.

Krauss becomes an “immortal vampire”. The cause is unclear. A mutation giving rise to a subspecies of humans, the “vampires”, occurs all over the world.

－1000　【sacrifice TRUMP】(tentative title)

A giant religious organization centered on Krauss, who is now referred to as “TRUMP”, is established.

The story touches on the “Blood War” between humans and vampires, the incident where Krauss annihilated the immortal “FALSE OF VAMP” using his initiative, and the connection between Krauss and the religionist “Niko Vlad”, and the vampire “Damian Stone”.

The “Blood Senate”, the highest governing organization of the vampires, is established. The Blood Senate is in principle managed by vampires of the noble class.

Non-aggression treaty between humans and vampires is signed.

The “Vlad Agency” is formed with the purpose of monitoring TRUMP. The objective of the Vlad Agency is to maintain the peace in TRUMP’s heart. TRUMP’s mental state can affect all vampires psychologically. Because of this, the “Vlad Agency” avoids the “Source Belief” that disturbs TRUMP’s heart.

The vampire hunter guild, which acts as an deterrence towards TRUMP, enters an agreement with the Blood Senate.

The Blood Senate establishes the “Clan”, a sanatorium to house vamps undergoing Chrysalis.

The clan is named “Cocoon Control”, and implements an education program specialized for those with Chrysalis symptoms.

Vamps that escape from the clan don’t belong to society, and are referred to as “Specter”, which means “departed spirits”.

Seeking tranquility in his heart, Krauss hides his identity and spends his time as a teacher in the Clan. He mingles with Allen, a naivete young vampire.

Maribelle, a human, becomes pregnant with Allen’s child, leading to the Clan being set on fire by humans (vampire hunting incident). The incident is concealed by the Blood Senate and the Vlad Agency.

Pietro, who was deployed by the vampire hunter guild to the Clan, is dragged into the vampire hunt and died.

The story covers the details of the incident where humans set fire to the Clan.

Because of her childhood friend Jan, Maribelle witnesses the scene where Allen was gunned down by silver bullets.

After Allen’s death, Maribelle escapes with help from “a certain collaborator” and founded “Nebula Village” in a remote forest. She gives birth to Allen’s child.

Maribelle dies in a lake. There is speculation over whether it was an accident, suicide, or murder, but the truth is unknown.

Many believers from the Source Belief Cult are purged as a result of the inquisition by Dali’s father Claude. Ul, a childhood friend of Sue, and his family are members of the cult. Thus, they are killed by Claude. Dali and Gerhard are students of the Clan. They enter the noble education institute after their Chrysalis ended in order to become senior members of the Blood Senate.

The violence carried out by “a vampire with a silver eye” results in many casualties. Sophie is a human who later renamed himself as Ga Banli. His wife Lily is killed by this vampire. Ga Bali is also seriously injured.

At the same time, Rodin finds a human baby in the forest. He loses his position as the village mayor because of this. Rosa’s father becomes the new mayor.

It is prohibited to name the child, and thus Rodin calls him “Nome (no name)”.

－0020　【Simon doesn’t have any motive】

An incident happens one night when 3 vampire hunter cadets, Kazan, Sophie, and Simon, are having their training in the mountains. Shortly after, the 3 of them acquire their hunter qualifications.

Kazan, Sophie, and Simon have an academic advisor whom they call “master”. His mother became pregnant when she was assaulted by a vampire undergoing Chrysalis who had escaped the Clan. She died giving birth to him. He was rescued from the vampires and raised by a former vampire hunter. He became a vampire hunter “in order to kill the vampire that is his father”.

Simon says “I can’t help feeling that living for the sake of something is like a curse.”

The “vampire with a silver eye” causes “the poison blood juice incident” in the Clan and escapes.

In response to a series of incidents, the humans harshly criticize the Blood Senate over their violation of the non-aggression pact.

The data from the investigation of the fire in the residence of the fallen nobles is recorded. The whole family died, leaving behind a single family member. It was concluded that the deaths happened under questionable circumstances.

The Blood Senate secretly admits Silvereye into a special protective care clan, “Hell Clan”, in accordance to the Chrysalis protection law.

Donatello hears about the circumstance surrounding Silvereye from his older brother, who works for the press of the Blood Senate.

－0015　【SPECTER】

Hugo, Sutcliff, Bartolome and Greco escape from the clan. They flee to Nebula village, which is situated near the vampire and human border, and kill Rosa’s father, who is the village mayor. Damian Copy assists in their escape.

Hugo and his friends form an agreement with Rosa, who is obsessed with his faith in TRUMP.

Young vampires undergoing Chrysalis disappear from various Clans. Barlach Bell and Pendulum are involved in their kidnapping, or the spreading of rumors could have caused vampires whose Chrysalis symptoms are worsening to escape from Cocoon. Barlach gathers young vampires undergoing Chrysalis and experiments on them to investigate the potential of “initiative”.

Cranach meets Krauss at a hut on the bank of the lake where Maribelle died. Krauss entrusts Cranach with creating “a flower that never withers”.

－0014　【GRAND GUIGNOL】

Another incident that happens at the same time as the events of “SPECTER”. Young Dali de Rico’s discord with the Blood Senate and dhampyr Ul’s birth are depicted.

Dali is suspended from office for being suspected of impregnating Sue Olsen, a human female taken into custody during the inquisition. After this, Dali receives a secret mission from Johannes to investigate the “incident of missing youths undergoing Chrysalis”. Vampire hunters Chun Lin and Utamarou are deployed by the guild to act as joint investigators cum guards, and they begin their investigation of the incident together with Dali.

This is the “de Rico family matter” mentioned by Sekishuu in SPECTER.

－0014　SPECTER (The main timeline in SPECTER)

Sekishuu, a witness of the annihilation of Nebula village and Sophie’s birth, recollects these events.

The baby born between Nome’s sister-in-law Harriet and the botanist Cranach is named “Sophie” and the kitten adopted by Krauss is named Allen.

Sutcliff dies before his prophecy of Harriet’s death is realized.

Cranach dies after entrusting Sophie “to make the flower that never wilts, a slower as beautiful as the lily” bloom. Greco plans to escape.

Nome, who is prophecized by Sutcliff to “have an unsatisfying death”, inherits the name “Ga Banli“, and embarks on a journey as a vampire hunter.

－0014　【GRAND GUIGNOL】

The investigation team led by Dali pursues the truth behind the “incident of missing youths undergoing Chrysalis”. Barlach Bell, a member of “Pendulum”, and a mysterious guy Damian Stone attack the de Rico residence. Dali’s wife Frida and many others become casualties of the attack. After the incident, Dali and Gerhard, who renounced the Source Belief, join the Vlad Agency. Dali bites his bequeathed son Ul and takes his initiative.

Kiki Watson disappears after Oz Ronan has a premonition of her future. He sees someone resembling her being surrounded by flowers. Anri Gato is taken into custody by the Blood Senate.

－????　【Pendulum】

The vampire hunters pursue Seurat, an unidentified doctor distributing a drug that intensifies the symptoms of Chrysalis, and “Pendulum”, an anti-social organization of the vampires.

－0005　【Donatello’s memoirs】

Teacher Donatello recalls “the vampire with a silver eye”.

Donatello, Michelangelo and Gustav assume their positions as program teachers that guide the vampires in the Clan.

Sophie is left in care of a protective care institution solely for dhampyrs. He learns that both his parents died right after he was born.

－0003　【COCOON】(tentative title)

The friendship between Angelico and Raphael, Dali and Gerhard’s sons, breaks down.

Angelico swears that he must kill Raphael with his own hands.

0000　【TRUMP】

Main story of TRUMP happens. Because of Krauss, Sophie loses his close friend Ul, and becomes immortal.

Under a mission from the Vlad Agency, Banli (Nome), a vampire hunter who had infiltrated the Clan, reunites with Sophie, whom he had named.

Banli dies while protecting Sophie when he is attacked by Ul in the Clan. His death realizes the prophecy made by Sutcliff 14 years ago. A series of events lead to the Clan being destroyed by fire.

The Vlad Agency, which is an organization that monitors TRUMP, loses track of Krauss’ whereabouts.

Sophie wanders around the world pursuing Krauss, who holds his initiative.

2000　

Sophie founds the “Clan”, which is a sanatorium. He begins his research on immortality, and assumes the name of “False”.

False takes vampires undergoing Chrysalis and keeps them in the Clan. He manipulates their memories of being taken using his initiative, and creates “a community of shared illusion”.

2200

Lily and Snow join the Clan.

False develops a serum from his own blood using a special method, and it becomes possible for vampires undergoing Chrysalis to stop aging temporarily when the serum is administered.

Lily realizes the truth about the Clan, and rejects False.

False erases part of Lily’s memories using his initiative.

Silane and Lindou join the Clan.

2750　【Blossom】(tentative title)

Silane and Lindou learn of False’s objective, and become his cooperators.

2800　【Marigold】

Marigold, a dhampyr, kills her mother. She is taken to the Clan by False.

2950　【Nirin Zaki】

A short story about Sylvetica coming close to finding out “a certain secret” about her close friend Lycoris.

False carries out conformance tests, where a stigma is carved on his targets, in order to ascertain whether the “eternal young ladies” are immortal.

Snow starts to become like False, and becomes immune to False’s control over her initiative. She retains her acquired memories despite False using his initiative over her.

2990　【LYCORIS】(tentative title)

The story centers on a young lady named Lycoris and her discord with Sylvatica, Camellia, Cherry, Lily, Snow, Silane, Lindou, and False.

Sylvatica leaps to her death from the tower within the Clan, leaving behind the words “forget me not”. The story ties with the first scene in Lilium.

3000　【LILIUM】

Lily begins to become like False, and becomes immune to False’s control over her initiative. She begins to remember Sylvatica, who had been erased from her memories.

Mention of False naming the medicine that temporarily prevents the vampires from aging as “Ul”.

Lily was able to use her initiative to restrain False since False was weakened from his anemia, and because he was also a dhampyr (meaning that she was above him in the hierarchy).

Lily uses her initiative over the vampires in the Clan to make them commit suicide, releasing them from False’s curse.

The Clan is destroyed by fire. Lily becomes the third person to gain immortality.

Sophie begins wandering around again in pursuit of Krauss.

4500　【TRUMP】

Sophie revisits the Clan while wandering around the devastated world searching for Krauss.

Sophie kills an old bandit, and tells the young lady who was with the old man about what happened 4500 years ago.

6000　【Snow Moon Flowers】(tentative title)

Lily meets a girl who looks exactly like Snow while wandering around searching for False.

Lily meets False again.

False addresses Lily as “a flower that will never wither”.

12000 【TRUMP series final work】(title undecided)

A detailed account about Sophie’s wandering.

The Clan in LILIUM is specifically described as 疑似クラン, which means “simulated clan”. This is because False/Sophie was trying to mimic the Clan in TRUMP.
