Poems
Encourage yourself to get up before the rest of the world - start with 7am, then 6am, then 5:30am. Go to the nearest hill with a big coat, your favorite blanket and a scarf and watch the sun rise.
Push yourself to fall asleep earlier - start with 11pm, then 10pm, then 9pm. wake up in the morning feeling re-energized and comfortable. Lie in your garden, feel the sunshine on your skin.
Get into the habit of cooking yourself a beautiful breakfast. Fry tomatoes and mushrooms in real butter and garlic, fry an egg, slice up a fresh avocado and squirt way too much lemon on it. Sit and eat it and do nothing else.
Stretch. Start by reaching for the sky as hard as you can, then trying to touch your toes. roll your head. Stretch your fingers. Stretch everything.
Buy a water bottle. Push yourself to drink the whole thing in a day, then try drinking it twice.
Buy a beautiful diary and a beautiful black pen. Write down everything you do, including dinner dates, appointments, assignments, coffees, what you need to do that day. No detail is too small.
Strip your bed of your sheets and empty your underwear into the washing machine. wash, then hang them in the sunshine with care. Make your bed in full.
Dig your fingers into the earth, plant a seed. See your success as it grows everyday.
Organize your room. Fold all your clothes (and bag what you don’t want), clean your mirror, your laptop, vacuum the floor. Light your favorite candle.
Breath. Practice your deep breathing. Ground yourself.
Have a luxurious shower with your favorite music playing. Wash your hair, scrub your body, brush your teeth. Lather your whole body in moisturizer, get familiar with the part between your toes, your inner thighs, the back of your neck. Wash the day’s stress away.
Push yourself to go for a walk. Take your headphones, go to the beach and walk. Smile at strangers walking the other way and be surprised how many smile back. Bring your dog and observe the dog’s behavior. Realize you can learn from your dog.
Message old friends with personal jokes. Reminisce. Suggest a catch up soon, even if you don’t follow through.
Think long and hard about what interests you. crime? sex? boarding school? long-forgotten romance etiquette? Find a book about it and read it. There is a book about literally everything.
Become the person you would ideally fall in love with. Let cars merge into your lane when driving. Pay double for parking tickets and leave a second one in the machine. Stick your tongue out at babies. Help an animal. Compliment people on their cute clothes. Challenge yourself to not ridicule anyone for a whole day then two, then a week. Walk with a straight posture. Look people in the eye. Ask people about their story. Talk to acquaintances so they become friends.
Lie in the sunshine. Daydream about the life you would lead if failure wasn't a thing. Open your eyes.
Take small steps to make it happen for you...

One Habit That Changed My Life
#1 Habit: Question Everything
WHY?
- The moment you make up your mind about something is the moment you stop growing.
- We go through life asleep. We live on autopilot. We do things because other people do them. We’re like zombies. We just go, go, go.Wake up!
- Waking up is very simple. When you start asking yourself questions and simply observe your answers, you know you’re awake.

Abandon average - act in peak state
To be average in today’s world is to be addicted to technology, stimulants, unhealthy eating, and distraction.
To be average today is to spend more than half of your work day in a semi-conscious state, in-and-out of focus. You ride caffeine buzzes for shorter and shorter amounts. Day-by-day, you lower your personal standards for what you can do with your time.
You get in life what you tolerate, as Tony Robbins has said.
And most people have developed tolerances for distraction and addiction. They’ve become okay with it. They’ve settled for that reality.
To be average is to lack purpose in your life. It’s to be apathetic, and to not really believe in anything with enough conviction to sacrifice for it, invest in it, and fight for it. (OUCH).
SOLUTION:
PEAK STATES
“Peak experiences as rare, exciting, oceanic, deeply moving, exhilarating, elevating experiences that generate an advanced form of perceiving reality, and are even mystic and magical in their effect upon the experimenter.” — Abraham Maslow
What if you made being in a peak state a priority?
What if you literally needed to operate at peak levels on a daily basis in order to achieve your goals?
What if that was your standard?
If you want to set a new path in your life, you need to make a powerful and definitive decision. And you want to be in a peak state while you make that decision.

A year for growth (as every year shall be)
There’s tension in my mind I seek to release as I let my myself be pulled into my own being in mediation. Isn’t this a strange life we life? So short yet, a life. These last weeks have been filled with many feelings I struggle to put words to.

I am my own healer, helper and hero.
a hero is someone who heals their own wounds and then shows others how to do it too.
These questions that I have. These fears that arrive everyday. Are simply my ego trying to keep me safe. Trying to control everything in and around myself. When I breathe and just start with the smallest task, the first thing at hand, that’s when life begins to flow. It is now. It is long and it is immensely short. But always trying to control the outcomes and never dealing with the process is what hinders us from growing, from being, from becoming and embodying the person we want to be. So start there my love. One little step at a time. Control breath by breath, minute by minute, day by day. And you will live the life you want.

December says hi, I say bye
Lol. Its 3.30 PM on a Monday. I am; in feelings of love, anxiety, stress, happiness, gratitude, inspiration, motivation and boredom. Life is a mix of all of this. These feelings come and go. Yet, how come that so many of us are stubborn to erase the pain and only feel happiness? I am far from understanding why my feelings arrive and why I go inte behaviours such as procrastination and stress even though I intellectually know what I need to be doing. For me, I think this comes from fear. Fear of not being good enough. And fear of giving my ALL, and that even my absolute most thought through, dedicated effort will fail and (the most scary thing), be JUDGED by others. But why do I care? When this is my experience of life? And when life is solely a pile of these small experiences, interactions, lessons and habits that I CHOOSE to encounter and feel? I lack the answers yet. But something tells me its in how I have been wired. But we CAN change how we wire ourselves! So breathe baby breaaathe. One breath at a time. You’ll persist. You’ve done it before, you can do it now.

Nihao September
Hi hello hej bonjour hola ciao nihao!
I am back. Life is on. Life is good. Though stress at times gets to me. It does so when I take it too SERIOUSLY. At the end of the day, that is not how I want to live my life. I want it to be a life that I enjoyed. As much as I could every day. Regardless of how each day feels, it is at the end of it my choice to decide to get into my happy feelings. To take opportunities. To meet people. To create. To learn. To build relevant skillsets. To not take everything to seriously but understand that I have immense power in this life to do and be everything I want to be. A poet. An environmentalist. A creator. An urban planner. A sustainability consult. I want to speak Chinese. I want to

My favorite form of self love is action. Most of the time these actions make me uncomfortable. This means I’m growing. Some people may have thought that spending time and nature or under the sun are my favorite forms of self love. Yes these things make me happy and are daily rituals. Spending time in nature is like getting a big unconditional hug from love. That’s not self love. That’s motherly love. If I spent 24/7 just being under the sun this leads to stagnation. Action is creation. You are acting. It’s a game. Which means there is no room for stagnation. Self love is showing yourself that everything you desire comes into fruition the moment you take action on it. This is the moment you decide to embody the senses over the illusions.
I left college because I wasn’t ok with dying. This was the first time I actually embodied my favorite form of self love. When I looked back at my life I thought “Is that it? I am the senses and I want to embody more experiences. I’m over siting in a room. I hate sitting. I just want to help people but there has to be another alternative to sitting in a room for the next 4-8 years.” I remember the day I left. My smile was so big and all I could think was “fuck yes! Finally! If someone shoots me now I’m ok with dying.”
This is also why I aligned with working online. Freedom to do whatever whenever.

The Constructive Power of Self-Doubt
According to Patrick Carroll, a psychology professor at Ohio State University, doubt isn’t just okay, it is “something that is a natural and inevitable consequence of pursuing something that’s worth having. A little measure of self-doubt is a signal that you’re on the right track toward something good. If you’re not experiencing any doubt, you’re probably not doing much to push yourself.”
“They went through a phase of years where they had really good taste, where they could tell what they were making wasn’t as good as they wanted it to be, they knew it fell short,” he says. The remedy? More of that doubt-inspired preparation and hard work. “It’s only by actually going through a [huge] volume of work that you’re actually going to catch up and close that gap, and the work you’re making will be as good as your ambitions.”
“Is this thought true? Is this thought important? Is this thought helpful?”
He suggests that focusing on a “strong desired self” could be the fix to chronic self-doubt, because feeling good about what you could become “keeps people’s attention away from rumination and focusing on failure.
We need to see ourselves clearly, see our strengths and weaknesses, love ourselves anyway, and do our best.
I think, often, of my preteen self, and later, my young adult self, who tried to walk with her bony shoulders pushed back and chin lifted tall, who read the self-help books, who tried to hack what it means to believe in yourself when you have so many questions about who you are and what you’re doing. But now, instead of seeing a little girl who didn’t know how to believe in herself, I see a young woman, who, doubt and all, decided to step forward anyway.

Realization moment
IM LOOKING TO FIND SECURITY WITHIN MYSELF.
I CANNOT FIND MYSELF BY FLEEING TO DIFFERENT PLACES.
THE GREATEST CHALLENGE I HAVE BEEN FACING IS TO STAY IN SWEDEN AND DARE TO BE MYSELF, my COMPLETE and TRUEST SELF IN A SOCIETY IN WHICH I DO NOT ALWAYS CONFORM. BUT BYING STRIVING; DAY BY DAY; TO BECOME MY ORIGINAL SELF THAT IS BURIED WITHIN; I WILL EVENTUALLY FEEL AT HOME WHEREVER I AM IN THE WORLD

Solving climate change and dating society to a changed climate
These two things, mitigation and adaptation is what we as a human race and species of this planet need to tackle. I alone, nor anyone else solely, will solve the problem we are facing. Simultaneously, we are facing a dilemma; where historic events have shaped the politic-economic environment leading up to global inequalities, making it straightforward UNFAIR to ask all countries to put in the same effort regarding cutting down on fossil fuels. Thus, what we can demand, is rather that countries put in the same EFFORT regarding lowering their impact, in the most ambitious way depending on each countries situation and background.
And so I am back on square one where I started, asking the same question repeatedly; how can I be of service to solve the climate change issue?
Personally, my main interests, and what makes me EXCITED are all related to storytelling and envisioning. I realize, I fell in love with the idea of urban planning for the sake of its futuristic theoritizaion; looking at society now, but keeping the future changes, outcomes and potential risks in mind. This is indeed a powerful tool that I want to understand, however, mastering anything in this life demands great attention and hours of focus and sacrifice. Rather, I am starting to ask myself if my approach was really the right one? I went into this program thinking “this is a practical way to solve climate change”, thus, now I realize how much more complicated the process is and hence, that CHANGE in society rather occurs from ideas being born, germinating and spreading. It is the greatest ideas that enable the largest systematic changes, and I therefor have started to question if this truly is the right path for me.
By being of service to your community and finding ways to be part of the solutions to problems local and global society is facing, your existence will be of value. Instintrically, you are valuable and have a right and reason for life of course, but I think that the MEANING to each and every one of our lives emerge first when we find a way to serve. SERVE. We are all part of communities. Interliked networks expanding beyond our sight and notion, 3-dimentional and ever growing. This is our strenght. As species on this planet; our capability to interact, connect and create relationships that allow for thoughts to be shared and developed, taking visions to new heights by interacting different perspectives shaped by different cultural, political, philosophical and religious backgrounds. This is our greatest asset that I believe we can find most value from if we find a way to facilitate cooperation through these interactions.
I think, my largest service perhaps can be to create a plattform. A network. An educational experience. That brings and bounds individuals into something bigger than themselves. That (1) take s a problem, sees it as it is, through the finest scienctific knowledge taught to the most eager, depressed and excited individuals, dying to change this system. (2) Learn the crucial skills of communication, politics, psychology and persuasion to influence their audience  (3) Create subgroups and projects that are constantly excelling.
And how do I do this?
1) Staying in my program continuously learning about urban planning and climate change?
2) Learning how to code a webpage, a newsletter, an app perhaps?
3) Emerging into new networks, always and constantly.
4) Continuously learning about climate change and solutions to environmental issues. For one of my greatest assets are my experiences. My knowledge. And by helping cooperations to go beyond their goals and become more sustainable, I can help more and teach others the lessons I’ve learned
... honesly. What is the solution tho? I will mediate on that....

Social media contradictions
How can I use social media in a good way? What narrative do I want to present?
I want to depict the world as it is. Use my stories to educate and advocate for climate action and environmental justice. I want to inspire leadership. Show that which is possible in every moment. Through my social media, I also want to be open. Open about my thought about this life, this world, the meaning, the lessons, the beauty and I desperately want to express myself. Openly and bluntly. Let’s create a hashtag. Let’s express ourselves. #earthpoem #climatepoem #justightthere
