an update after 2 years..
so i wasn’t serious i didn’t lose it and here we are again.
in 2019 i went to europe and did keto leading up to it. i lost 20 pounds. fell off the keto and health wagon and gained weight back. i started at 187 and ended at a flucuating 165-167. im currently at 174. im setting my first goal as 141 as reaching my last post that is what the trainer said. i have an even in april so i’m trying to get as close as i can by then. i will be doing cardio, barre, yoga, and looking for good workouts to target arms and tummy.
although i fell off, i am not doing keto again but just eating clean.

chubby girl diaries #1
So here I am writing my first journal fitness post. I think this is the most serious I have been about my fitness goal in a long while and I am so on board with it. I joined a new gym and I got a couple free training sessions that I am taking advantage of. In my first session they weighed me (which the cool part was, I have lost 8 pounds from the last time I weighed myself without doing anything to really do so. Granted this was probably about 4-5 months ago, but it’s a good start in the right direction.) But back to the first session, they weighed me, calculated my BMI and were able to tell me how many pounds I needed to lose to be at the BMI percentage. They went over which each percentage went and I chose 20%, which was leaving me toned but not like a 6 pack. They said I needed to lose 37 pounds (I weighed in at 178Ibs) and need to get to 141Ibs. Which i’m still curious about because when I think being at my smallest I was like 115-125ish. The trainer asked when I was most happy with my body and I told him that and that was like when I was in high school and he was telling me how things change in our body, and since this is their profession I am going with it and shooting for the goal. If once I get there I want to go smaller I will then update my goal to something of less weight, but one step at a time. I am doing a diet where I eat low carbs, so I am counting carbs instead of calories. I have seen this work success in others so I am hoping all works well for me. If I am not seeing much results I will switch to another diet.
