This morning, nine Palestinians were killed while filming a charity iftar meal with a drone, at the request of an overseas donor, near the border.

While some donors act with good intentions, their demands can sometimes be difficult, or even humiliating, for those in need. Many insist on excessive documentation, as if suffering must be put on display to be believed. Others prioritize funding mosque construction in devastated areas where people lack even tents to sleep in.

Have mercy on these people. They have endured enough. Let charity be about dignity, not spectacle

My friend, before my heart breaks from our suffering, I write to you as if my words are the last thing we have left. The enemy bombed a house near us, and there, amidst the rubble of our homes, we witnessed unforgettable scenes: innocent children losing their lives, innocent children covered in blood, and adults dying while dreaming of a better day.

In every corner of Gaza, and on every street corner, tears of pain and grief echo alongside the relentless sound of the relentless bombing. We have lived through dark days filled with fear and destruction, and now we search among the rubble for a glimmer of hope to protect us from this nightmare.

I appeal to you, my dear friends, to extend a helping hand to us in these critical moments. We need to raise money to save ourselves and escape the Gaza war to live in peace outside it. Not only that, but our father, who now needs a cancerous tumor removal operation, is waiting for a chance to escape this hell in search of the treatment that could save his life.

We try to live under miserable conditions in tents in Mawasi Khan Yunis, south of Gaza. It is difficult for me to find the words to describe what we face every day in Gaza. No food, no medicine, no clean drinking water, oppression, helplessness, psychological pressures, doubts, and daily trauma due to the loss of loved ones. In Gaza, it's not just hunger, disease and fear; Rather, it means actual death.

With a heart weighed down by sorrow, I reach out to you, hoping that kindness and humanity still shine in this world. My family and I have lost everything—the home that once sheltered us, the walls that echoed with laughter, the warmth and security that every human deserves. The relentless attacks on Gaza have turned our lives into a daily fight for survival. What was once a place of comfort and love is now nothing but rubble, and we are left with nothing but the clothes on our backs and a fragile tent that barely stands against the bitter cold.

Now, our days and nights are consumed by hardship. The icy wind pierces through the thin fabric of our tent, leaving us shivering, with no escape from the freezing temperatures. Food is scarce, clean water is hard to find, and the most basic necessities have become luxuries beyond our reach. Every day, we struggle—not just to live, but to preserve the dignity that war tries to strip away.

Amid this suffering, a new life was brought into the world—my brother’s daughter, an innocent soul who took her first breath in a tent instead of a warm home, her tiny body wrapped in whatever scraps of fabric we could find. She was born not into joy, but into loss, into hunger, into the unforgiving reality of war. And as we watch her, so fragile and pure, our hearts break knowing that we cannot give her the comfort and security she deserves and we cannot provide enough milk, diapers, medicines, and vitamins for her😭😭😭😭💔💔💔

I do not ask for much—just a little help to keep us going through these unimaginable times. A warm blanket to protect us from the cold, food to fill our empty stomachs, or even simply sharing our story so that others may hear our cries for help. Was deeply relieved to hear from my friend Ahmed Alanqar today. I'm thankful to know he and his family in Gaza is alright, but they're terrified and only barely escaped the recent brutal bombing. Do other people in the world really believe the genocide is over or that conditions have improved? They began starving the North in March last year and then continued to starve the whole Strip for a year and now they are starving the whole Gaza Strip again this March, in Ramadan.

Genocide is an act of collective punishment and neglect of the most essential life sources.

In reality they began committing genocide against the people of Gaza the day that the siege on Gaza was imposed. What we continue to witness since Oct 7th is only the same genocide accelerated which I will never stop repeating.

Not only that, the murder by aircraft has not stopped. israel's fascist death machines are still hovering and threatening and firing and killing people in their tents, in their damaged homes, in cars, at people trying to rebuild...their thirst for Palestinian blood is literally infinite.

This Ramadān has been a specially rough one for Palestinians, as the Zionist state have been sieging towns and refugee camps all across the West Bank as well as baring aid and supply trucks from entering the Gaza Strip out of made-up claims regarding the safety of hostages held by the Gazauī resistance that outright contradict the very tangible healthiness of those already returned, despite having also been bombed by the IOF and knowingly so.

Gazauīs are held captives both by the Strip-wide lockdown, and by being abused, tortured, and neglected across Zionist carceral sites. And with Zionists having resumed bombardments on absolutely helpless people, I wonder whether only a miracle can help them.
