Combine legal efforts against the demon and take them to the magic Court .

Win the lawsuit .

Have the fey sign an agreement that they can only take the first child in case of a divorce.

Have a very successful life with a loving family and kids. ( and safety knowing that they can't take your money or the other kids if there is a divorce.)
