After watching the boys Overblot animations for the anime, I have some thoughts. Spoilers under the cut!! Beware!!

Okay after looking at all of these, Riddle and Azul's really stick with me. They both seemed somewhat scared during the transformation, Riddle especially. Azul didn't seem scared until the blot washed over him, while Riddle just seemed scared/in pain the whole time.

Also hearing Vil's music from his OB fight gave me flashbacks, his fight was so hard for me help-

And to touch on Vil's more, he didn't even seem bothered by the fact that his blot monster was just smearing his face in blot. He was smiling the whole time.

All of the overblot animations are amazing, I love them all, but these 3 just stuck with me a bit more.

Okay . Recently Ive been listening to the Happy Ending song from The Little Mermaid. But I’ve specifically been replaying the part where the choir begins to sing.

The music itself conveys that feeling of hope so beautifully, like the light you finally reach at the end of a tunnel. A new beginning, freedom.

And the title?? Literally perfect.

THE LYRICS. HELLO? It fits Kyra PERFECTLY, specifically after (my hypothetical—) Book 8. She finally accepts herselr, and she finally leaves the mental caged she was trapped in for so, so long.

Rambling about Kyra utc …

She chooses Twisted Wonderland over her original world, and at the same time, she finally chooses herself.

Shes filled with hope, for a future she thought she’d never, ever thought she could have. One that she chose for herself. A life that is her own, that she lives for herself. Not anyone else.

She can finally walk and run without worrying about each and every move she makes. She can stay in the sun, something she could barely do. Forced to always stay inside, barely ever having a chance to stay in the sun for long— but now, she bathes in the sunlight. It feels warm, like a home she never experienced before.

Staying in the sun, both figuratively and literally, because she won’t ever have to return to thw dark halls of that empty castle.

Ok I know ure probably expecting me to say Floyd and Kyra. And yes I am. But later …

Because the lyrics ALSO apply to how Kyra feels about everyone she met in TWST. All the first years, Leona, Jamil, literally everyone, she appreciates everyone she meets. Because just as she leaves a mark on them, they give her these memories she holds more dear than anything else.

No amount of gold could ever compare to all the people she’s met and the memories she made with them. And now, she can make even more memories will all her dear friends. She can finally be part of their world, officially this time.

This is their Happy Ending. They’re free to be together, finally. Kyra has finally freed herself from her past, all the rules and obligations she once had, have no affect on her anymore.

Just her and him, and she can freely, and truly, be part of his world. Together, as they enter a new chapter of their lives. The ending of one story but the beginning of another, with one step naturally comes another, but they’re together aren’t they? Theres nothing holding them back anymore.

*places him here gently* this is my new HSR OC, L0K1! (Loki) A robot made by someone from the Genius Society, in the hopes of creating the perfect puppet to mimic anyone without a noticeable difference. However, despite being the 'perfect' version, Loki was abandoned by his creator for reasons unknown to him. (The funding had run out for the project, as the researchers found Loki 'too violent') Now, Loki wanders the cosmos, collecting new data and attempting to find his place in a world not created for him.
