So I've been hiding a lil secret. I'm publishing a book on Halloween. Today I finally got the cover art...

This book took me a little under a year to write, and I finished in January. This is particularly special to me because of the tens of novel plots and WIPs I've had bouncing around in my skull like a DVD logo, this was the first one I've completed. I'm so proud of it and myself.

Chat I've reached peak low. I'm not even reading the descriptions on the romance webtoons anymore cuz I've run out of all the good ones I can find and I'm scared the descriptions will ward me off. So I'm just going in blind.

This may fail. But this is what I did for Dandadan cuz I initially wasn't gonna watch it cuz the description is wild fr but then I decided to ignore and it's the best thing ever so I'm hoping something similar happens here.

If there are any romance webtoons y'all recommend pleaseeee lmk. I kinda just like the slice of life type ones not the fantasy (although I'm having to dip into that pool). Think the Kiss Bet, that's my favorite one. Also PG-13 please. I don't enjoy smut 👍

AHHHHHHHHHSBAHSBJACBWBIAXNWJAIDB THIS BOOK WAS EVERYTHING!!! I needed a more slide-of-life type story from this series and you get to tell me I got to watch it be with Keefe and Alvar??? My two favorite characters?? You're gonna tell me it proves I was right about Alvar???? I'm dying 😭😭 I cried when I learned he wasn't dead and that he just wanted to live now yk. And Keefe's pining?? No one pines like him. Ugh him and Sophie are so in love it's stupid. I love them sm. But also the bonus chapter about the kiss being titled "Everything" despite none of the other chapters having names like skabdksbfaksifb I'll die happily now

i think it's so important that at least once, everyone tries out a show or book that they normally wouldn't touch with a ten foot pole.

that's what dandadan has been for me. i hate actions movies. i hate sci-fi. i hate the paranormal. i hate conflict in media as a whole (yeah ik i'm a bore), it doesn't hold my attention whatsoever. but i had seen some things on instagram and it had some possible points of interest. a couple to ship and a cute guy lead. this is genuinely all i was latched onto, and i'm not ashamed to say it.

but when i'm telling you guys this show is so good?? like. this is coming from someone who does not enjoy this type of show. the premise is kind of (very) weird, but i think that makes it more enjoyable. the pacing on individual issues feels quick enough that it doesn't feel dragged on and the characters are all very dynamic and go well together. so far, it's been a 10/10 and i would totally recommend. idk what the the age rating is on it but due to gore, violence, and profanity, i can see them marking it as tv-17, however i feel like it would probably be fine for kids 13+ as long as they're like not super sensitive to disturbing stuff.

also i am in love with okuran (is that how you spell it?) he's so cute like i want him and momo to be together obvs but like girl i would happily take him for myself (and before anyone comes at me being like "but he's a minor", i am pretty sure that he is 17, and i am 18, so. problem solved.)

Alya Sometimes Hides Her Feelings in Russian would have been the perfect show if freaking Suou wasn't a disgusting trainwreck. They had absolutley no need to make her the way she was. Like come on that's just gross.
