*Every day the occupation issues an evacuation order for a new area in Gaza and we do not know where to go.

*Every day we go looking for water but we don't find any, and we use water that is not fit for drinking. Every day we look for something to eat to satisfy our hunger but we don't find any.

*Every night we cannot sleep because of the fear and the intensity of the bombing at night. Even if we sleep, we sleep hoping that the war will end tomorrow, but we realize that the bombing intensified the next day.

*We are in dire need of your help. My family and I wish to have clean drinking water. We wish to live without fear. We wish to live a safe life, free from death, fear, displacement and destruction. We wish to live in a house full of warmth and security. Please do anything. Please. okay so I want to make sure this is the last time I need to ask for help this month, my phone bill is due tomorrow (Feb 13) and I need to keep service going in case I hear back from interviews. Plus I have another interview on Friday (Feb 14) that I need transportation for and need to go get laundry done, and make sure I have a buffer for transportation costs that may pop up in the latter half of the month. After 15months of war and destruction, the airstrikes have stopped, but the suffering continues. Thousands of families in Gaza have lost their homes, left stranded among the rubble, clinging to hope amid devastation.

My family's story is not unique…

Our home in northern Gaza is gone, completely destroyed by the occupation, along with our memories and sense of security. Today, we have only one wish: **to return to our land**, even if it means living in a tent beside the ruins. But we face one painful obstacle: **we cannot afford transportation** for my **family of 11 people.
