Catholic Church dogma states that Christ was fully human and fully divine. In addition to being the literal son of God, his fully divine nature allowed him to perform miracles. However, what if Jesus's miracle doing abilities were tempered by his fully human nature? Yes, he was born without sin, poor ability isn't a sin. Take the Wedding at Cana: his Mother Mary tells him the wine is running low so Jesus turns some water into wine. Perhaps Jesus did turn the water into wine, but only technically. He could've made wine, but the Bible never says it was good wine (or maybe it did, I'm not fact checking). Same with the fishes and loaves. Were the fishes fresh and the loaves hot out of the fire? For the people he healed, maybe Jesus healed their physical maladies but also gave them a dose of depression or survivor's guilt. In the Gospel of John, Jesus raised Lazarus from the dead but did he do anything about the decomposition that had occurred? John kinda glosses over the details so for all we know it coulda been a rush job... tl;dr While the Catholic Church teaches that Jesus Christ was fully human and fully divine, this leaves open the possibility his miracles (divine) could've been botch jobs (human).
