Beyond excited to finally share the news that the Ritmo Fantasía compilation is coming out on @soundwayrecords very soon!! Plucked from the outer limits of the Spanish underground!. 🇪🇸🎷✨ 🔗🎶👆Link in bio to listen & pre-order. The 21-track selection explores the forgotten corners of the 1980s and early 90s Spanish music scene. Veering through Balearic, bleep, early house, electro and more, it is also accompanied by artwork from the legendary artist Yves Uro. The artist was a figurehead of Ibiza’s party scene from the 80s, whose visionary poster art represented the aesthetic of the white isle. The sultry first single “Puente De Esperanza” by Marengo is out now on all platforms. The digital album will be released on 26 November. The deluxe triple vinyl comes as gatefold with an 8-page booklet featuring liner notes in both English and Spanish, artist interviews, photos and words from Yves Uro’s sister @catherine_uro Ritmo Fantasía is the result of over a decade’s worth of collecting by Trujillo, and for the first time it brings to light some hidden gems from an era that without this compilation would likely remain hidden from view.
