Facial Hair Is a blessing and a curse. I am just over 4 years on T and I definitely thought I would have a full beard by this point. It is slowly beginning to connect on the sides and fill out under my chin. At 22 y.o. it does make me feel insecure at times because I look at other people my age and feel like I'm behind in a way; but it is growing on me. . . Ba dum tishh.

Tfw you are getting a physical, which will involve a pap test, for phalloplasty and the receptionists keep calling you by your middle name. Which would seem okay if it wasn't a shortened form of your dead name and low-key making an already triggering experience MORE TRIGGERING.

I'm not transphobic but there's no way the transgendered peter parker headcanon would work in the way of physical appearance, there's no way a trans guy could every achieve the muscles that are required of Spider-Man or any superhero. I'm not transphobic, but you trans guys will always have feminine builds and it isn't realistic for you to say that transgenders could look like buff superheroes or even just strong men. Sorry.

Is it possible to buy chest binders in a real life store?

Zak: Yes, but it is very rare (in my experience anyway). I know some LGBTQ friendly sex toy stores sometimes sell them. For instance, Come as You Are in Toronto apparently sells binders and Early to Bed in Chicago sells binders on their website and possibly in their physical store. So, I’d recommend checking your local sex toy store, though you probably wouldn’t find binders being sold at any of the major chains like Cirillas. I’m not sure if any LGBTQ bookstores or places like that would also carry binders. I haven’t seen this before but it seems possible. The only other in-person location I can think of would be if there would be a booth selling binders at the Philly Trans Health Conference because I know there are usually booths with people selling packers and STPs.

            !!!!!!!!PLEASE HELP TO SPREAD THIS!!!!!!

Gay men in Russia are being rounded up and put into concentration camps.  I’m so beyond upset and I’m asking you to help spread this information in hopes that it will bring this disgustingly horrible situation more media attention and put additional pressure on Russia to investigate these camps and shut them down.

There is a petition to stop the persecution here and the Russian LGBT Network has a donation page here (it looks pretty legit to me and is associated with a Facebook page with 12,000+ followers, but if anyone can find more information confirming the validity of it that would be beyond appreciated.)

These men are all the way across the world but they’re part of my community and they need our help. They don’t have the same luxuries (basic human rights) that we do and they are in desperate need for us to help speak up for them.

Homeless Trans Girl Needs Help            

I’m Jess and I’m a 20 year old homeless neurodivergent trans girl. Until the past 2 weeks I have been living with my abusive and emotionally manipulative parents. After being threatened with physical violence, I left with what I could fit in my car.

I am temporarily located around New Jersey / east Pennsylvania. I am looking for a new job and am not tied down to any particular location. I have enough cash to potentially pay for a first month of rent and am a conscientious and respectful roommate.

Ideally I’m looking to share housing with other trans people, but I’m also willing to room with other queer women.

The first time I saw this I was stunned, I've never seen this situation so accurately represented in a way I could relate. There have been many times I couldn't leave the stall until the entire washroom was cleared. I love this.

Finally got around to doing another comic! I’ve been grappling with memories of my childhood, trying to understand why from a certain period of time I saw myself as being a girl. I never really felt like I related to “always being a boy just never realized it” but maybe that’s because of my upbringing? Parents were liberal with what I wore/played with, and I was heavily groomed into the “tomboy” role, so I never really felt that repression? Or maybe I just wasn’t aware!  Who knows! I’m a boy now, I’m at peace with my childhood and that’s all that matters!

Body shaming trans* men who have bottom surgery

Dear Trans* boys and men of Tumblr,

Please educate yourself about bottom surgery before making disparaging, hurtful, and fucked up comments about it like it’s nothing. The surgery results you see on Tumblr and anywhere else on the internet belong to someone and that someone had the guts to post their shit so the rest of us know what is possible. How else do we make progress if no one shares there results? Body shaming someone’s bottom surgery results is body shaming period. It makes no difference if it comes from a trans* person or not.
