Sketching around during DnD turned into playing w/ my own version of John Doe Malevolent. I decided to go crab adjacent. Probably refine it later, but I liked how the sketches came out. Bonus Arthur for the hell of it.

I can't wait for art about the new episode so I went through and wrote down all the physical descriptors/backgrounds for our new murder mystery castle guys for references 😘🏰

Barnabus:

• wearing comfortable leather clothing, boots

• Lotta wine, lotta rizz

Langward:

• stern cold expression, stoic

• "physician, accomplished surgeon, ability to distinguish diseases and plagues and their contagious power... esoteric visions of worlds beyond ours"

Lord Evrard:

��� well manicured jet black beard that ends in a point at his chin

• mustache large and pointed

• dark hair is 'short, almost modern'

• eyes are light blue/grey, dark circles make them look sunken and tired

I like to picture kayne having an unsettling subtle movement to him; something like a near perfect rotoscope but some frames will be out of place/monstrous, maybe overlap and distort, have slight aftertrails or longterm film exposure etc. like the fact that every other timeline version of him is contained in this mad god version, his corporeal form is noticeably nearly bursting at the seams trying to hold a form together
