How long had Yukiya been aimlessly wandering? Where was he? He was nowhere near his home, he was certain of that much. It was about time he ask someone for help, but he loathed the idea of calling out a stranger in an area he wasn’t familiar with.

Then, like some miracle, a familiar face appeared. Vaguely familiar, yes, but he knew that face nonetheless. “E-excuse me!” he called out, hoping to get her attention. Her name, unfortunately, had escaped him. He was doomed.

Wide eyes blinked quickly, a small spark of recognition lighting them up as the young man approached. She turned fully to him with a small smile, raising a hand in greeting.

Ah! Monsieur Yukiya! It’s been quite a while!”
