I did this thing a while back that really worked for me:
I would not count fruits and vegetables’ calories in my daily intake, hence it motivated me to eat fruits instead of 100kcal of rice or 200kcal of chips, so it would still be around 150 kcal but out of fruit and vegetables and not junk food. And still stayed under my calorie limit.
Hope it works for you too!
