Juneteenth is about Black people who were officially technically supposed to be freed from enslavement. Nobody else. Nothing else. It's not a POC day. It's not a "freedom for all" day. It's Black folk, Black culture, Black emancipation, SPECIFICALLY. Any other observation for Juneteenth is gentrification.

Mom sent me a facebook link to a PBS news hour post about how the anti-lawn movement is growing. The vast majority of the comments on it were stuff like this:

(copy-pasting this directly from my Twitter thread) Okay so, I decided to follow the advice of another tweet to reach out directly to Crunchyroll to tell them about  #GREENLIGHTVOLUME10 #greenlightrwbyvolume10, and I’m quite surprised they actually got back to me on my request 

If from my experience Crunchyroll is able to actively listen AND reply to people who want Volume 10 to be greenlit, I highly suggest you all should do the same too. OBVIOUSLY i’m not saying this is 100% guaranteed to get V10 greenlit, but if we play our cards right it COULD make a big difference if several fans are reaching out to CR directly about this 

Keep in mind there’s still a lot to this greenlighting process I’m probably lost on. And I ONLY started using Crunchyroll this year for V9, I don’t know if this is just some generic reply they give to show requests and my thread will be obsolete, but for now I think it’s worth looking in to. 

So if you think several fans reaching out to CR directly would be beneficial, I advise doing so here. Or just search up “Crunchyroll show request” and it’ll take you straight to the ticket page. Don’t be short and vague about your request for V10 to get greenlit, even the help page itself says be detailed about it.
