Just so wrapped up

I'm having these thoughts going in circles in my head and its always the same ones. They are so suffocating and I'm just tired of all of it. I just want to be confident and have high self esteem. I'm tired of feeling like I'm ugly and thinking everyone around me things nothing but bad about me.

This isnt good for my body or my soul. I want to be able to build myself up rather than knocking myself down every time something small bad happens in my life. I just want to grow and be able to support my self.

If I ever have kids I dont want them to be shy or insecure like me I want them to make friends and more importantly put themselves first.

I just need to untangle myself from all the drama and stress I'm going to a young adult soon and I cant have myself slacking.
